Ray's Barber Shop, Laveen Village AZ

I've been going to Ray's for almost 10 years and honestly that shop are my only barbers. I will continue to stay loyal to them because they have great customer satifaction.

Ray's barber shop is the best there is. The service is AWESOMENESS, friendly barbers. Rays cut my hair before and he's an awesome guy, friendly and out going. Makes you feel like your home and part of the family.
I recommend Ray's 100%, you won't regret it.

I didn’t wait any longer than I normally would anywhere else. Big place with about eight barbers and Luz was exceptional. Polite, client focused and a good conversation. Will go back.

They always closed 30 minutes prior their closing time with people or no people this is not good for customers why to have a schedule if they will not respect their customers

Worst customer service.twice turned away due to them not respecting their posted hours of service. Will never return!

Place blows if you want to get a really horrible haircut go here! Oh and if you want a inexperienced person that will overcharge you this is your place! If you want to get cut really bad by a razor also come here. If you don’t want to take my word for it read over the rest of the reviews and ignore the four or five star ratings those are bogus!

Wow where do I begin had a horrible experience here will never come back and if you are going to get a haircut there don't get a haircut with a guy all the way in the back next to the restroom he wears hats and has a beard I asked him for a low fade and he ended up giving me a medium I'm pretty sure he ended up missing up and went with a medium instead and then he messed up my edge up and told me that I was losing hair there which in my head was like wow are you going to tell me I'm losing hair when it's my head I always get good haircuts but this time I decided to go here and I messed up never go here if you need a good haircut go to Frank's on Central and southern unfortunately I did it end up going there when I should have

Very pricey. I got a straight razor shave and they left patches of hair on my face. For a $20 shave that's bad. The haircut was just okay.

Great place of last resort. Restroom not open to customers which is a big mistake especially when charging $17 for a haircut. They didn’t allow a woman to clean a baby bottle for gods sake. Definitely not the best barbershop in Phoenix as some reviews up here suggest but definitely a last resort.

Never opens on time. Me and 4 other people all kept waiting outside the doors 20 Minutes last the open time. Nobody ever came. That’s the second time this happened to me and my son. So we now go to Z-Cues down the street

He gave me a high Fade instead of a medium fade and my hair is like one side is one inch and the other is like 3 because their scissors don't even work don't waste your money I would rate 0 stars if I could

Went to get my beard lined up. Woman totally butchered it. Zero straight lines, no facial hair trimmed to look like a well maintained beard. Beard trim was $13, haircut and beard trim is $12. Didn't line my mustache up at all, jaw line is totally crooked and uneven on both sides. Wife is making fun of me now. Don't go here. Other than that woman was professional and nice. Shop is cool with sports team logos everywhere.

This is the best barbershop in Phoenix hands down! Have been to many other barber shops but none come close. Ray the owner has been cutting my hair for years now and does an amazing job, he always pays attention to detail and takes his time to ensure my hair come out perfect all the time. I really recommend you try this barber shop, he has one located at 83rd and lower buckeye and the other located at 51st and baseline. Try and you won't be disappointed.

One of the best barber shops I've been too. I'm from Los Angeles but my family lives in Phoenix. When I'm there, I go to Ray's. Jesus is the guy I always go to and he never lets me down. He's probably the best barber I have ever had.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a few months now. The facility is always clean, I never have to wait long, and the staff is friendly.

Gave me a bald spot and ruined my haircut! Don't know the guy's name, but he had glasses and was very timid, smh. Very unprofessional place. The barbers are constantly chatting and getting sidetracked.
