They treated me with the greatest respect fantastic deals and backed up their product by replacing broken item and giving me an item that was charged but found in bag. They always give me a deal on each item. It might not be alot to some but any amount at all from a business that doesn't know me each time I go there is the only company for me. If ya want to be treated right and have good choices go see Ray's. They are honest and feel like family. They help me shop for my friends and a discount is always available
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they will even look into stocking an item at customer request, which is nice.
Stopped here impulsively for a small purchase. Customer service was awesome. Not to pushy and worked with me on prices to get the best deal. Good selection and will be returning.
This is one of the most reasonably priced smoke shops I've ever been to very kind and helpful staff.
So i bought some glass from here 18 months ago, and it was like, maybe 50 bucks total for a good sized piece. This thing has been dropped, banged, slammed, rolled, everything. I've shattered multiple stems/bowls but the piece itself is still looking great. Really excited to come back.
