first of all I would like to say thank you. I have been using a Rex Ambassador for two weeks now and every shave has been a pleasure. You have created something very special with the Rex shavers. It is simply a pleasure to feel the precision and quality and I look forward to many years with such a great tool. The sight of it just triggers feelings of happiness. Frankly, I would have expected this fine razor more from one of our great German engineers. Although there are a few good and proven examples here as well, the Rex Ambassador is beyond any competition. It gave me a perfect shave right from the start, I have never experienced that before. Thank you so much.

I have a feeling that one day I will pass this razor on to my great grandchildren. But my children and grandchildren will have to buy their own, because as soon as they will shave, I still need my Rex by myself. ;)

Today’s haul! Like a kid in a candy store. Awesome store, awesome people, and I got to meet Matt for a minute. I’m pretty new to the wet shaving game, but have found it to become sort of a hobby now. If you are a wet shaver, do yourself a favor and check out the physical Razor Emporium store! You can actually smell the scents and hold the products before buying, and as overwhelming as it is with all the different products there, it is an awesome experience! Just purchased the Razor Emporium Barber Shop Shave Soap. By far and away the best soap I have used in years. No blooming needed, fast thick lather, and the scent is perfect. I went into the store near closing time and was given plenty of time and space to shop around with excellent customer service.

I have also ordered from RE online, and all orders have come promptly with no issues at all.

I highly recommend Razor Emporium for all vintage AND modern shaving needs.

It is a lowkey spot, but I’m telling you it’s real; the entire staff was friendly and extremely informative, especially the manager DJ. She helped me out tremendously as I knew nothing about shaving. Used the products the same night and they got me feeling good.

Went in today for the first time, explained I wanted a closer mir aggressive shave. She hit a home run. Perfect, smoothest shave ever. I purchased a open comb Krave brass razor from Canada.

Love love love this place. I'm fortunate enough to be local and found it through maps back in the fall. I always used grocery store razors and ordered blades of which I knew nothing about. I also just used standard $0.99 canned shaving cream. I came here for more blades and some expert advice as I had no idea what I was doing. I ended up picking out a new razor (Henson) and DJ set me up with a sample of her homemade shaving soap. I even got a brush! Shaving has been completely transformed for me after getting legit equipment. I actually enjoy shaving now! The razor has so far held up really well and I have since returned for more soap. DJ also set me up with a sample pack of blades so I can find the perfect one for me. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the products I have gotten here. DJ really spent the time with me to inform and educate, something that not many stores these days really do. Razor Emporium has made a life long customer out of me and I can't wait to upgrade to their house brand Ambassador razor handle. Do not hesitate to shop here!

I have ordered online from these people. I live on the East Coast. If I ever get to Arizona I would like to visit the shop. Matt has always been quick with responses to my email. Very helpful. Very informative.

After a fulfillment issue due to an honest clerical error Matt and his staff went out of their way to fix it. Most companies would only refund your money and suggest you pick from other stock. When I explained that I really wanted this exact item and date code (which is a little harder to come by) they agreed to source one and get it out to me. Matt himself called me and updated me during the process and the razor came faster than expected. The razor itself looks great and is exactly as it should be.

I've had such a great experience with Razor Emporium that I will never use another business for my wet shaving needs!

I stumbled across the Razor Emporium youtube channel and immediately was ready to hop back into wet shaving after watching Matt in a few videos. I've used a cheap DE razor before but never went too deep into the beneficial side of various tools and products, and even with the few tools and lack of knowledge, other than some what decent form, it made all the difference in the world to how my skin felt and looked after shaving when compared to using cartridge razors.

I decided to email R. E.with some questions and within just a couple of emails I was in a call with DJ who was more than eager to help me figure out what it was I was personally looking for in a razor. She was super helpful with suggestions and tips that made the process extremely easy. Was also very patient and didn't seem pushy at all for a sale, giving me plenty of time to think on it and call her back at a later point.

Needless to say I dove in head first today and order a pretty big set of goodies that I should have bought the first time I ever decided to try wet shaving. I will return in a few days when my package arrives with an edit and a final update on how the process went, but as of now it has been more than a 10/10 experience, and I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing customer service from the start, package shipped quick and everything was top notch.

I sent two Vintage Gillette Safety Razors to Razor Emporium for their revamp service. I did a fair amount of research on their website about the work that they do restoring vintage safety razors and let me say they did a fabulous job on my 1968 Lady Gillette & 1970 Super Adjustable Gillette Safety Razors which were my grandparents. I was stunned at just how great they looked when they were shipped back to me yesterday. I was kept in the loop in regards to how the restorations were coming via email and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Razor Emporium if you have a vintage Gillette Razor you would like revamped, or to order shaving supplies, their service is first class.
