Do not use them they are not professional!
They have zero fiduciary duty towards the the sellers! They gave the keys to our house to buyer even though the title company Empire West, in flagstaff did not fund us! Horrible people!
Close of Escrow in a real estate transaction, is when all parties fulfill their responsibilities! Empire west did not fund us, yet these realtors, gave keys to buyer! This is squatting, a crime!
