Just closed on a house with the help of Cathy. The market in Chandler is HOT HOT, but Cathy made sure to keep in constant contact with the seller’s agent in order for our offer to be accepted over multiple others. Do not use this person to sell anything she did a terrible job, told us things over and over then did just the opposite which impacted the price.
She used comps from the wrong development, disregarded my instructions at the end. Left incorrect signs up. Just terrible.
