Re-Phresh Pool Service, Tucson AZ

I don’t even know where to start. I had to call and call and text and text until I got an answer back. Didn’t show up several times and continued to charge me when he couldn’t get into my gate even though he had a key. Charged me an astronomical amount for a “treatment” when I treated my own pool due to several consecutively missed weeks. Quoted me one price and then increased the price point on the invoice with no heads up. Was extremely misleading in their services. Said he couldn’t let all of his clients know when he couldn’t make it or the time he’d be by, if he showed up. Continued to tell me how honest he was and fair. He was the complete opposite.

I have used many big pool companies to clean my pool on a monthly basis and nobody has been as prompt and in toon with my pool. They are honest and service my pool at an affordable rate that included with the customer service is unbeatable!

Horrible pool service.
Will take your money and run. Horrible service, minimally fix the pool.
Company would not respond to our requests to fix the pool when it was destroyed because of their lack of attention, work and their improper care. They do not answer phone.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Took forever for them to respond to my calls. Ultimately thought they were giving a good deal in response to them taking forever, but they screwed me. They did a half-a** job resulting in my pump getting destroyed. They refused to fix their mistakes and now have to get another more reputable company to get the pool going again.

This pool service does not reply to text messages or phone calls in a timely manner, not even when you make it very clear to them that something is seriously wrong with the pool just 3 days after their last supposed visit. Thanks to their poor service and complete lack of meaningful communication we now have to spend about 1800 dollars to just get our pool running again. They were too BUSY to show up, despite several efforts on our part. Their lack care turned our blue pool into a green swamp and EVERYTHING (including the new filter we purchased from Re-Phresh Pool Service 1 month ago) has to be replaced. The 3 pool services we had to call agreed that this us about what it will cost to fix and replace everything and that it could have been easily prevented if they had bothered to show up. I am an honest person and I feel so disappointed and truly taken advantage of. It's great if you are so busy, but hire someone else if you can't take care of ALL of your customers.
