The guy was rude and completely unprofessional. He had an attitude with me after it had been 2 and a half hours since I dropped the car off and I still hadn’t received a call to pick it up after he said it would only be an hour and a half for the whole thing. He then proceeded to tell me it was going to be another hour and a half until it was done. I was beside myself and apparently it showed because he immediately called me back and said to come get my car because he refused to do it.

Ruben did a great job on my car. Very fast, affordable and quality. He seems to be a very genuine guy as well. Highly recommend him for tint. Will recommend him to people in the future.

They did a great job with my wife's car. This is the 2nd car I have gotten done here. I was trying to get this done as a surprise for my wife and had short time frame, Keith worked with me on getting it done in time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great customer service and great quality.

Scheduled appointment delivered on time, quality work, can improve on marketing options and explainging type of tint brand. I did my own research they use Solar Guard. Satisfied!

Like that they honor the military (active, retired and veterans) by giving us a discount on services they do. This makes me want to return to them again.

Also they do a great window tinting job.

I had the four windows of my truck tinted the two driver side windows came out great the passenger side started to peel and the rear passenger side lower edge came off.when I tried to schedule to have this fixed I kept getting a complete run around, I drove four hours round-trip to a shop that was locked when they said they would be there. I would go somewhere else if you want a professional job done Including customer service

I get my vehicals tint done here. I drive 4 hours because he is excellent at what he does! I take pride in my vehicals & only want the best. Prices are fair I highly recommend this place!

Had my F-150 tinted on a Friday, and scheduled an appointment for our CRV on Monday. Went to pick up my pickup when it was done, and and the installer said he could go ahead and do the CRV the same day since he had a cancellation. We took him up on the offer. While running errands in the pickup we noticed a spot on the passenger window tint. When we returned to pickup our CRV we told the installer about the pickup window. He said a thread from his cleaning rag got behind the tint. He had us pull the pickup back in, and he replaced it on the spot. Told us if we ever had any issues that he would make it right. Definitely pleased with Real Cool Window Tinting. Will use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
