I have been going to Dave VH for several months and it's been phenomenal! He works with ALL levels of fitness and can meet you at your starting point. He's awesome at holding me accountable to following my program and has helped me set achievable goals.
He also offers nutrition counseling and tele-fit sessions:)
I HIGHLY recommend him as a personal trainer. 5 stars.
