Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Phoenix AZ

My husband and I come to this location all the time.
They have a gluten free bun and a gluten free dedicated fryer. The steak fries are to die for.
I've had the donatos gluten free pizza crust a time or 2 and the pizza is pretty good.

I love Red Robins and this one was okay the food was good still. But the service here was a little ify we had like 4 different servers/food runs come to our table and they didn't communicate with each other very well. So we never got some of the things we asked for nor we did really know who our actual server was. They just need a little more organization on the front of the house. Back of the house did a damn good job on the burgers.

Tried call ahead when we were 3 minutes away and said we couldn't but on the website it does say you can call ahead to get your name on the list. They gave attitude on the phone and when mentioning it when we got here they then said the manager said no calling ahead because of fathers day and that it supposed to be busy, which that should have been said on the phone as well as on the website. I have no confidence in their customer service abilities. I was impressed by a server that was helping our server but the one assigned to us rarely came to the table and barely checked if we needed anything, she barely noticed that we needed any clearance and they really didn't get busy. The food was subpar. I had the banzai burger and the pineapple was supposed to be grilled and there was supposed to be teriyaki inside the burger but the pineapple was not grilled when I checked it, there was no teriyaki on it just a side of it and the pineapple looked like they slapped it on the grill for a second than slapped it on the burger. My friends burger was not cooked all the way through when ordering a well done the guacamole bacon burger. In general I have had good food come from Red Robin but in the last 5 years they are comparable to fast food quality. This is not the only location that I've been to that service and food has been subpar comparable to fast food.

I love this place, endless fries are the best love their mozzarella cheese sticks with ranch and the monster burger I'm in heaven with my family when I'm there.

Food is always good, but the service was not up to par. The waitress kept forgetting items that we asked for. The son ordered a second beer and we where almost done with dinner by the time he got it. There were several issues where we asked for items and the waitress did not bring them and we had to ask another waitress. Not up to the standard that it should have been.

This is by far my favorite vegan restaurant! The Orange soy chicken is ridiculous! Usually stuff doesn't taste so close to the real deal. Everything was amazing!

Food was great service was great. Not up to cleaning standards for covid. You can oberserve this when customers leave and the employees clean up. We even seen one couple sit down, lady wanted a different table. They moved them, new couple come 5mins later to the same table that was just touched by the prior couple. Crumbs were still left behind.

I ate at this Red Robin once a few years ago and I liked it. The service was good and the food was good as well. I didn't have any problems with staff or suspect anyone was under the influence of any illegal or dangerous substances and I have never had any reason to believe this place was tampering with its reviews or scores. I think the people here were fair, honest and above board, as they are at most places.

I don't know if the server was having a bad day or not but she was just not having it straight from the beginning, was just rude from start to finish and never checked up on out table until we were ready to leave, took forever to get a refill on any drinks.

This location surprised me with their friendly staff and cleanliness of the place. And of course the food. They are offering lite and healthier items on their menu. Like the simply chicken salad I ordered yummmm and the simply chicken sandwich and a few more. Check them out! We tried the thin pizza for the first time and it was really really good too bad I only had 1 small piece (watching calories) plus their unlimited fries that well this time they weren't that good honestly. I had the salad that was HUGE FRESH DELICIOUS! So next time we will for sure go back to this location.
