Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Prescott AZ

Super dirty dinning room and bathroom.
The health inspector needs to check this gross place out. Drinks came after food was already being eaten.

Our friends said that Red Robin is most probably the best burger restaurant in town.
We went to the bar, since we did not want to wait approx 20-30min for a table. The service (lady behind the bar, long, brunette hair) was the best. Beside of being friendly, attentive and serving us drinks and taking our order, she was rocking the boat on that evening (2nd Sep 2023, evening around 7-8 pm). Once we got our food it was unfortunately cold.: (the pizza of my husband was just like cold, crispy pizza and my burger was cold too. I think our friends were ok. However, maybe we were just not lucky this evening and the kitchen or the rest of the service team was just overwhelmed.

This was by far my worst experience at a Red Robin. I order the whiskey river bbq burger. My waitress got a goose egg. Maybe when she no longer can afford the phone she was burried in, she will offer service worthy of tips.

Very enjoyable dinner. Kids loved it, (3 and 5). Wife had mushroom burger and loved it. I had bacon cheeseburger, which was okay, will get shrooms burger next time.
Multiple servers, so food is delivered hot and quickly. Check out on video screen at table is great.

The outside needs to be cleaned up trash and rocks every where and the inside needs a good deep clean on the wood surfaces.friendly service and pretty good food

Service was slow, but the waitress was kind and got us everything we asked for.

As others have said, the food is pretty bland. The chicken tenders, burgers, and fries were not to our liking. It was bad enough we didn't bother finishing the meal and walked over to Panera instead for the rest of dinner.

Good food and great service. We showed up with a large party unannounced and they accommodated us very well. Watch out for those endless fries, they are trouble!

McDonald's combo easily goes for $12-$16
Just go to Red Robin and sit down like God demands (my mom used to say)! They have some great tasting burgers, chicken sandwiches too. Unlimited fries! You just have to ask, "Mother, may I please have another basket of fries? ! " I will easily devour a Bonzai burger, BBQ Whiskey or maybe I won't. I'll take some fries to go and my half eaten burger. Add a coke to go. Shoot. These servers are awesome, tip them very well please! Always super nice and always ready to serve. Bar seems cool too for those drinkers out here. Did you know they serve pizza too? ! I had no idea!

I had the ghost burger, it was supposed to be hot, and all I can say, is I have had bbq sauce hotter, then the ghost burger. The service was not good, I never got a refill. The floor was dirty. My wife said the restroom was dirty too.

I mean all the employees said I smelled good for smelling, no reeking, of pot.they were very nice about it and I appreciate that the girl with the blue hair understood I had brain cancer and need cbd to help reduce the onset cancer. So kudos to the staff. Donatos however is disgusting.

This is by far the best Red Robin I have ever been to. Everything is outstanding. What more can I say?

The service was fantastic. The food was just okay. I asked for pink in my burger and it came very well done. I didn't send it back because I didn't like the flavor that much anyway. This isn't my first choice for a restaurant anyway. It's worth giving them a try. Like I said, the service was fantastic.

The food is so good here! Our server was very sweet and did a great job at checking to see if we needed anything.
