Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Avondale AZ

I am not usually one to leave negative reviews but we went there last Wednesday. It was fairly busy and we were seated pretty quickly. We sat at our table for 20 full minutes with not a single server even acknowledging us. We were fully ready to order and none of the servers even gave us a look. I have been a server before, so I was patient and just hoping someone would say, "I will be with you in a moment", but no one did. So we left after a full 20 minutes of no one acknowledging us. I have had good service there before, which is why I gave 3 stars, but I was sad about our most recent treatment.

The food was as good as Red Robin can make. The service was horrible. The hostess was rude and visibly seems bothered to do her job. Our waitress took quite a while to even greet us. I will say when she finally took our drink order, it came pretty fast. Overall quality of food and service, one would be better to go across the street to Islands.

I enjoyed it, however some of the gourmet food comes looking tired making me think low effort from the chef. I hope it doesn't follow the Chillis and TGIF no effort heat up frozen food method.

Went in yesterday and William was our server. He’s so sweet and awesome. He helped me and my kids find exactly what was needed. My kids had a blast with him. He would be the reason I would come back to this location.

Best burger I ever ate!
My wife says there is one in Melbourne, Fl near our town. We plan to go there regardless of distance.
Server was quite accommodating.
We all enjoyed our lunches.

First time ever at a Red Robin. It was okay. I had the 'Shroom burger which was supposed to be a burger with swiss and mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter. It was hot, and there were a lot of mushrooms, but zero flavor. I mean none. I didn't taste any garlic at all and the meat was not seasoned. I finally dumped a little packet of black pepper on my burger to get some flavor. The steak fries were hot, but some seasoning salt would have really helped. I guess the whole meal just lacked flavor. The service was decent and the place was clean and not crowded.

I visited from out of town and a friend took me here we don't have them locally where I live. It was very good they hide the vegan menu very deep inside the menu I didn't know they had it until the guy next to me ordered off of it.

The front of the store looked like it was involved in the LA riots. Only one of the two doors worked the other was taped shut, and had boards on it. The staff is always friendly. It did take a while for drink refills. It was not a bad overall experience.

Stopped here for lunch and not only was the food great but service was top of the line! Everyone was happy, smiling and friendly. This was the best service we have had in years.

Red Robin is just such a awesome comfortable place to go. Just good food, some is fancy but all is delicious! We keep going back. And even ordered catering for back to school event for 40 teachers! Amazing set-up. Try it!

Was kind of dirty. Service was ok. Was much lower standard its seemed compared to others we have been to. Unimpressed.

Staff was friendly and they were very helpful in accomedating my newborn.they gave us a carseat rack right away and put us in a quieter section of the restaurant. Our server Ethan was very helpful and struck a remarkable balance between making sure we had what we needed but never seemed intrusive. Great place.

Order was wrong, cup had dried food in it and Fries we're cold. Didn't even offer a refund. Will never go back Dirty. Health department needs to check it out. Don't recommend this location. Yuck

Server was in a hurry. No refills on drinks or fries. Burger was yummy. Restaurant was decent. Server was polite but only came by once. Not the same service we are used to at Red Robin.

Our fav place to stop in and have lunch. Thx to the ladies behind the bar. Very friendly and all around awesome customer service!

Love this place! Every time my mom comes to visit from out of town, we treat her to her fav! Always great service, clean and best hamburgers ever!

The burger was okay, fries were good, and the service provided by our waitress was awesome. Will eventually give it another try to see if a different burger can make me say “yum” lol.

Service was good, Food was good. The restaurant was dirty. Floors had trash all over and entrance doors windows were disgusting. Lots of options to eat in that area but they all have a hard time training the staff to keep it clean.

I wonder what their kitchen looked like?

First Dinner out Since a 6 month Middle Easterner deployment! There were good Burgers over there but nothing can beat an American Burger from Red Robins!

This place is disgusting. We switched tables 3 times and all 3 were dirty. With crumbs on the table and seats. The service was horrible. I think they had to waiters for the entire restaurant and it was full. They finally brought out the food and I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and this thing was so dry and overcooked. A hot n spicy at McDonalds was juicier.
