My experience was absolutely fantastic, the energy when I walked in was so welcoming and bright, and the owner was nothing short of amazing! I was recommended to try the Level 3 AZ wildfire tea and I will most definitely be returning!

As soon as you walk through the front door you are greeted by a friendly atmosphere with very nice and helpful employees. Shakes and teas are amazing also they have ping pong which is just a cool bonus! Would reccomend!

First time visit. Very impressed. Very knowledgeable gentleman. Fruit smoothie was heavenly!

Rip off, cost me almost 20 for two of the worst protein shakes ever, won’t be back for flavorless artificial flavors, no fruits, just powders and ice,

My husband and I skipped our at home protein shakes to try these. Unfortunately, we expected an actual healthy smoothie shop. Red Rock Nutrition only makes smoothies with Herbalife flavored powders, water and ice. There are no options to have different milks or proteins. We were starving so we gave them a try. Absolutely horrible! We are gluten, dairy and sugar free so it doesn’t take a whole lot to impress our taste buds. Also, so overpriced for what they have. We are used to places where you can pick your protein, milks, and add ins that are real ingredients…not powder and water. The staff was all teenagers and they didn’t really understand what we were asking or even what they were selling. What a waste of money and time. We will not go back.

Tastes great, convenient, and happy people. I definitely recommend it!

Came across locally-owned and operated RRN by chance and really liked it.complete with its ping pong table and easy chairs. The guy at the counter was awesome. I had a great Strawberry / Banana smoothie. Not the cheapest, but worth the price. Will definitely be back!
