I hired Red Rock to turn a window into a door. They are highly professional and I felt confident in them the entire time. Excellent communication, and consummate professionals. They are so high quality that I was bracing for sticker shock, but their price beat the other 2 quotes I had received.

The technicians who installed the door were very communicative and did a great job. They explained everything about the door, warranty, etc, and they didn't consider the job done until they double checked we were totally on the same page.

I needed 7 windows replaced in a condo I had just purchased. I am from Wisconsin and needed a recommendation from my real estate agent. She recommended Jeff Miller and Red Rock windows. I could not be any more pleased. They came out to measure on time. They gave me everything in detail to submit to my HOA for review and approval. They gave me a date the windows were supposed to arrive 6 weeks later and that’s exactly when they came in. Installation was set up right away a couple days later and the removal of the old windows and the install of the new windows went flawless. They foam insulated, caulked the inside edges, repaired all the stucco exterior around each window. I am in the new home construction buisiness in Wisconsin and I know when something is done right and these guys were true pros. Thank you so much for a great price and great job.

I gave this company 2 starts based upon the facts below: They were cheaper then other 2 bids I received, paid 50% upfront to the owner who came to my home to have 3 windows replaced. Company texted me "they had a cancellation and despite short notice would I mind if they installed my windows next day. " The day they texted me I had 3 tooth extractions by oral surgeon. Being in a lot of pain, I was excited to get my windows so I organized my schedule immediately. I'm a senior in her late 60's, had to move furniture by myself and prepare the areas by the windows being replaced to accommodate their request on such short notice. However, the installer did not arrive within the promised timeframe the company provided via email for the day of installation. I texted the company to inquire if he was still coming and received a call 15 mins later from installer who apologized for his lateness, said he would arrive within 20 mins.and finally arrived with his sweet dog, Milley, who I learned in the course of our interaction throughout the day both were admittedly homeless and living out of his truck in the company's parking lot in tempe. He assured me his dog was free of fleas and ticks and that the owner's wife bathed Milley the night before. I fed them both throughout the day, ordered Jimmy Johns, gave dog a doggy toy from my dog and multiple bowls of food and treats, kept them both hydrated with lots of water, soda, apple cider, chocolate milk, etc, whatever they needed. Times are tough out there. The installer expressed much appreciation for my kindnesses and generosity and gave me a big hug before leaving. My heart was moved with great compassion. No judgment. However, he realized upon installation of the kitchen window it was missing a roller and would inform his boss and would return following week to install. He asked me in his paperwork to rate him and I gave him positive input. Unclear why the inventory wasn't quality checked before installation. I presented installer with my credit card at end of day despite job not being complete due to missing roller. I paid the owner with same Discover card. However, installer requested check instead explaining the office was closed since it was Sunday and did not have a CC machine to process the payment. I wrote a check as he requested, wrote the company owner's name (Thomas) on the white envelope, and handed to installer who I saw stick it in his blue folder. A few days later I received a call from company front desk saying installer lost my large final payment check. Because he said he lives in his truck with his dog and does not know what he did with it even though I put it in a white envelope and saw him put in his blue folder, not sure how he lost it since it was Sunday, end of day, said he had one more customer to see, then was heading to gym to take a shower and would put check on company owner's desk when he arrived back in the evening to sleep in his truck. Did he mistakenly give it to another customer with their paperwork? None of this makes sense. Company requested I make another payment with my credit card which is still pending until my roller is resolved. The longterm damage to me is my personal information and checking acct info is floating around out there now with my name, address, phone number, acct number with lots of funds at risk in my account. I've had my identity stolen before which is not fun which required a lot of legwork to close and reopen accounts.i Had to put stop payment on check with my bank; had to schedule an in person appt with banker to close out my checking acct of many years and open a new one not knowing what perks I will lose from old acct, had to update all my autopay and direct deposit accounts with new account number, and still waiting for missing roller.

They just did my house in Peoria. Save yourself some time. Do not even consider any other company. I doubt any other window company can match this organization. Perfect from A to Z.

We purchased 7 windows and a new Arcadia door. In the process of installing the last window the subcontractor left divets in the glass of the Arcadia door. When I called Red Rock I was dismissed and no action was taken on their part to correct the issue. Spend the extra money and stick with a well known company that values it's customers.

If I could give Red Rock 10 stars I would. If you are like me, and want to call around to get several quotes before making your decision, let me make this easy for you and just go with Red Rock. Especially if you are replacing skylights.

I purchased my first rental property in Tempe that has all original windows from 1960. The kitchen window was so giant, it took up the entire side wall of the kitchen, making the wall unusable for anything else. I wanted it removed, the frame shrunk down to 1/4 of it's size and I needed to replace an old skylight. Every person that came by to give me an estimate said what I wanted was either impossible (since no one else seems to replace skylights) or was not in my reality because the cost was astronomical.

Just when I was about to give up all hope, Thomas stops by and tells me not only is everything I want totally doable by his team, but it also could be done at a reasonable price! I felt like my prayers were answered. Blake did the install and he was great to work with. When it was all done, I almost cried tears of joy. The windows look amazing and completely transform the space.

Save yourself the time and hire Red Rock or at least add them to your short list to consider.

Highly recommend Red rock windows and doors. Thomas came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and scheduled us quickly. Blake worked hard all day installing our beautiful new windows, cleaned up better than he found it, and had a great attitude. Thank you very much again!

I've used this company twice now. Once at our first home and again at our new home for a full window replacement and sliding door replacement. The install was delayed due to supply shortage (as is everything) but they communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the windows were in stock, they called and set up the install. The full service install was supposed to take 3 days but they dedicated extra people to the install and got it done in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

Bought my milgard windows through them and the experience was great. Windows weren’t that far out like other places and also the installation went smooth.

Replacement windows (6) and 1 patio door. Horrible service never returned calls, did not show up numerous times. Sliding door screeches whenever open or close. Screens don't fit some windows properly, one window is completely undersized for the frame so does not close. Problems never resolved still over one later! Do not recommend. Now filing manufacturers warranty claim to try to get help!

Red Rock Windows and Doors are a professional company in hands of very good and direct people. The best thing for me is that I had a minor issue with a screen they didn't install, it didn't matter if it was small they were ready to hear me out and find a solution for me, excellent post-sale service.

Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

We absolutely love our new window! The installation was perfect. The new window fit right in like with a shoehorn, and it was an arched window too. Noise level cut considerably. We would recommend this very professional company!

From start to finish a wonderful experience. We started with Tom taking the measurements and then asking what we wanted. Our description of what we were wanting he was to order for us. We felt very comfortable with the quote given and ordered two doors and a security door.

The two gentlemen who installed the doors were very professional. They reviewed the entries and got right to work. They made sure things inside were covered to lessen the mess created while they worked. I was especially impressed by the trim work they did. The whole process did not take long. I was so impressed by the clean up. You would have not thought they had been there.

Doors installed and we were so excited of the look and just how much more quiet it was in the house. No more hearing street traffic!

There was a small issue with the security door. They had to rework the entry fitting and that required a return trip. Not a problem for us. We were willing to wait so it would be done right. They were back the following Monday and had it installed in no time.
