Worst extended warranty company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

We were completely stranded with a breakdown, out of town. They gave our service provider the go ahead to install what they had. After it was all done, they called the service provider and told them that they outsourced the alternator (found it cheaper somewhere else- and who knows how long to get it where we were) and only will cover half of what the bill was. No one from here contacted me, the customer, to say what was going on at this point. So instead of taking care of the customer and after giving the goahead, they came back after the alternator was put in and we left, to say. Oh.now we're not going to cover that.

CSR/Claims said that I had to talk with the service provider to get information on why THEY are not covering it. They wouldn't go over it with me until I had to start yelling at them that I am the customer. Not the service center. No care in the world. "Sorry you feel that way. "

They obviously, by the stars on here, are in bad shape and needed to hold on to money instead of taking care of what they said they were going to.

Choose another company. This one will make you think they are taking care of you then change their mind after the work is done.

Disgusting company, they will not cover anything, and if they do it is broken and it's your problem to get it exchanged. They give no information on what they are doing and will not call their customer. I haven't had my car for a month and am still waiting because they were "reviewing my claim". Any dealership that gives you this third party warrant just don't take it.
