The shop was easy to access, plenty of parking. I was surprised that they were open, we were greeted when we entered. I asked a few questions about the different types of mods and juices. They were quick to respond and point us in the right direction.

Once again, another wonderful experience at Red Star. I can always count on Zach to help me with all my needs and concerns with a calm, pleasant smile. This evening, however, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryson. I came in to try and fix a problem I've been having with my pods as well as purchase some juice. Ryson immediately identified the problem that I've been having, and quickly provided me two solutions. This is what I call exceptional service! I highly appreciate a business that can not only diagnose, but also provide solutions rather than shrug their shoulders with a bewildered look on their face. The service is a joke. Never have your receipt text to you they loose it after, so if you go there have a printed receipt. This must be why 5 Star Dumped them. They will rip you off. ……….

Bought a bundle deal for my first vape, but they were out of stock on the coils for awhile. But finally got them after talking to guy who helped at first. Got my coils with out fuss.

Really fought hard not to go to redstar as they seemed to me to be more Corporate from the outside. Needed juice and happened to see them in the parking lot i was in and gave up my prejudice and went inside. Best experince in. Vape shop ever. The staff was friendly and didn't try to presure me into anything and the juices were great. I have a new favorite shop.
