Don't get me wrong, I really like my provider Lydia, it's the office staff I've had issues with on multiple occasions. I'm going out on FMLA. The company that handles my claim has now faxed forms 3 times to be completed and returned. I personally dropped off forms and all I am told is, "They will be scanned into the chart. " I have called and left messages even went thru the website and left messages. NO COMMUNICATION BACK! These are time sensitive documents. Last time there was an issue with medication and Lydia had no idea both I and the pharmacy were trying to get a hold of her. So I plan to get off work in my dirty scrubs and sit in the office until those forms are completed and what is sad is it shouldn't have to resort to this but unfortunately with the office staff it's what I'm going to have to do. The only reason I didn't have her do my forms at my last appointment is because I didn't want to presume doing FMLA would be okay. No medical office should treat patients the way this one does.

First time and I was extremely impressed. I truly appreciated being listened too and the advice and goal setting. Highly recommend

Poor customer service. I have had to reschedule a test twice due to their incompetent scheduling staff and am now being made to wait an additional thirty minutes for the test I had scheduled weeks in advance.

The experience has been life changing I used to suffer from serious anxiety but with the assistance from Dr Smith and associates I feel a lot better thank you

They have a very comfy waiting room and many services for when you're waiting, a great place overall

Redemption did such an amazing job upgrading. Staff and Providers are amazing and have the best customer service. You will be happy about the new location.

This office is great! Helpful and Friendly. Dr. Bermudez is the best and the Ketamine infusions helped me feel better than any medication I have taken.
