Redemption Psychiatry has been there for us at every curve in the road. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. Making appointments, questions, or if you just need help they are always there. Not sure where our family would be without them.

My wife has been going here for about 8 months. Let's recap shall we? Constantly running out of medication that have life damaging effects when stopped cold turkey. Doesn't matter if you go in person/phone and beg for more meds, they just say you have to wait until they can see you (weeks/months later). This has also happened to someone else we know, and they too are switching. Finally straw was when my wife needed medical clearance and her nurse/doctor was gone for a week. They have no Drs/Nurses that cover each other there, this is a high risk place to be going for psychiatry and i'm very surprised there isn't a class action lawsuit yet. After pestering them in person for a week, my wife switched to Serenity Psychiatry.completely night-and-day difference and professionalism. Redemption Psychiatry is definitely not for anyone, you need to be very cautious going here.

Disappointed. Across the board the Chandler office doesn't do what they say they're going to do. Office gives you know resolution and acts like their hands are tied. Was supposed to start new meds on Wednesday. Showed up to the pharmacy. Provider never called in prescription. Left a message that night. No one returned my call the next day. Called twice today and meds still arent called into the pharmacy, which means I have to wait til Monday.which is FIVE DAYS after I was supposed to start my new meds. For people that are having a rough time, 5 days is an eternity. This is absolutely unacceptable. No real incentive to stay at this office. Redemption isn't looking dependable at this point.

The ease of scheduling appointments and the friendly staff make Redemption Psychiatry a pleasure to work with. I feel like the counselors and doctors really listen and care for their patients well being.

Very scummy billing practices and office visit crud during COVID-19, avoid them, it's like buying a used car just to get prescription.

I give full 100% credit of my positive ketamine treatment experience to the nurse Jeanee McDaniel.

She goes out of her way to make you feel as comfortable as possible, never judges you, and really cares how you are feeling. When she isn't there, my experience just isn't the same.

If you are on the fence about coming here, request Jeanne. She'll take good care of you. I had another nurse take care of me once, and I just didn't get the positive vibes that Jeanne has to offer.

We loved Dr. Z! He is no longer there. Got stuck with Dr. Browder. Poor choice. Bad bedside manner. One appointment with my son and decided she didn't want to be his provider anymore.

It took alot for me to decide I needed some help. So I finally made an appointment. The website told what address to go to and what time. I show up and the staff tells me my appointment is at a different location. I had to drive to the chandler location and when I got there they told me my appointment would be 20 minutes shorter since I was late? It's their damn website that screwed me over. I just wanted some damn help.

After being a patient at the Chandler location for almost a year, i missed 2 appointments and they DROPPED me as a client. I am probably one of their easiest and most polite clients, and they didnt even bother to return my voicemail when I called in asking to reschedule. I had to call 3 times before reaching someone to let me know they would no longer see me at ANY of their locations. Even if I paid the late charges! That really makes me feel like a valued client. The psychiatrist i was seeing has an extensive record of my med changes and the last time i called I actually needed help with filling out paperwork for my sleep disorder for work! Now i have to find a brand new doctor who doesnt know anything about my history to fill out paperwork in a week. Thanks so much redemption chandler. I'll be turning away everyone I know from your practice.

I’ve been coming to Redemption Psychiatry with my family for several years now, and the help they’ve given me in that time has been invaluable. They’ve helped me restore my quality of life and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! Waited 10 minutes on hold to be told they couldn't find the submission requesting a appointment. I had received a call back. So they lose personal information and chalk it up to new staff or something. Unprofessional and now I will be signing up a minor for credit monitoring. Looking into legal action. Miss handing of personal information is a HIPPA violation if I remember right.

My initial experience was a bit disappointing because I had an appt with one of the doctors in advance but then received a call later telling me I needed to reschedule because that doc was no longer accepting new patients. The gal who called me was very apologetic about it but I feel the doc should have honored the appt. I rescheduled with Dr Zarapolous who was wonderful. Front office staff was also wonderful and Jay (Clinic Mgr) went above and beyond to assist me with some add’l resources after my visit.

UPDATE: unfortunately I had to downgrade my review. As much as I liked doctor Z and the Clinic Mgr they made it impossible to maintain a working dr-patient relationship. The prescribed medication didn’t work for my son and I was unable to get in touch with my doctor despite a number of calls. That simply doesn’t work. Always got voice mail during business hours and left msgs for his nurse. At one point I did hear back from that nurse who assured me she’d speak with him about an alternative dose or some other solution but I never did hear back. Now I have to start the process over elsewhere.

Worst office staff experience. Often overbook appointments and call last minute to reschedule or cancel. Office staff leaves at five but continue to have appointments past that time. Rude and act like you are troubling them. Can't seem to hold on to their staff. Made an appointment six weeks in advance and was told a week before appointment that it was being cancelled due to that psychiatrist leaving the practice. Had to argue to see someone else. Now this one is leaving too!

I was under the care of two specialists at Redemption Psychiatry. I would not recommend anyone to go see any type of treatment here. The front office staff is ill equipped for the volume of patients and though friendly they are incompetence with billing I am still, two years later paying off a $3,000 bill from Cigna because the front office staff did not collect the correct co payment amount due to the front office staff member being uncomfortable asking for that large of a co pay. The nursing staff is poor at communicating especially when, as a patient with mental disabilities often happens, crises arise.

As a pediatrician and a mom, I have interacted with this practice both professionally and personally. The child psychiatry care is the best in the valley- clinician judgement incorporating the unique needs of your children. They really listen to what has worked or not and partner with you to find a solution. Highly reccomend.

I was seeing someone on Dr. Friday's team. Promptly after meeting me, with no psych evaluation, she told me I'm not Bipolar. I have been diagnosed Bipolar on multiple different occasions. I told her my current psychologist also thought I might have BPD, she told me every woman has BPD and it doesn't really exist. Okay, so a condition in the DSM-5 apparently doesnt't exist. Gotcha. Not planning on going back after that. I liked Dr. Friday, but not enough to put up with that.

I have been battling anxiety and PTSD for years. The doctors at Redemption understand my conditions more than any doctors that I have seen in the past. They offer services that provide more than just medication for treatment which after all of this time is a relief. I would not consider going anywhere else.

The Chandler location has probably the worst front office organization I have ever seen. The billing is the worst ever! I have receipts from them for paid invoices, yet they still send me overdue notices. A phone call to billing (if you can even get to talk to someone) results in total confusion and uncertain answers on their end, nobody can give me straight answers and has no clue to what is going on. Being billed for a "no-show" appointment, even after I had called the day prior, no follow through, seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. You literally must show up at the counter with all your paperwork to get it all straight. Needs huge improvement!

Made an appointment a month away for a specific testing, go in for 15 min. Just so she could tell me that she recommends that I do the testing that I originally scheduled to do that would again be a month away, so I do that then the next time I took the testing she tells me that she is moving offices that doesn't take my insurance & prescribes meds that took a week for them to call into the pharmacy, if i would have never kept calling in to ask where is my prescription, I would have never gotten it, overall I do not recommend them to anyone.

After waiting three months to get a follow up appointment, being cancelled on multiple times and switching locations I was finally able to get into the office the other day. When I started going here I specifically stated that I would, for reasons of my health, only like female practitioners. I had an appointment with a female I had met with and was comfortable with before. However, when I got to my appointment without warning I was led into a tiny room with two men I had never met before. I was only in to get a sign off on refills but Dr. Friday tried to force multiple medications and treatments, including one that wasn’t yet coved by insurance companies for its experimental nature, on me after I said no repeatedly. I almost had a panic attack when I left the office because he made me so uncomfortable.
