I had a great experience. The finance process was very quick and they were very upfront about everything. I came to sign and I was in and out fairly quickly. Probably the easiest and painless car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I was confused at first, Shawn told me they work by appointment only on Saturday. But the price on the car that I wanted was amazing. Shawn let me take it to my mechanic (who would have bought the car if I hadn't), brought it back, and was approved quickly (even though I had to wait for a better rate). He promised to have a wheel sensor fixed for me, and son of a gun he did by the next day.

Emanual, the owner took over when I returned and had everything in order. Made it quick and easy.

I always bought my used cars from a big dealership who woo you by acting like they're your best friend as they try to sell all the extras, then you drive home wondering why you HAD to pay for some paint sealer or undercoating.

They don't work with you on the price. Vehicles are overpriced with the condition they are in.

Make sure you pay to do your own used car inspection. They say they have mechanics looking at the vehicles for anything major but multiple engine problems would not show up or they should disclose this but of course they don't. Make sure you do your research and dont trust anyone.

Purchased a 2014 ram 1500. Truck was in excellent condition. No high pressure sales. Used unconventional financing that took longer than normal to process and they were extremely patient the whole time. Had an awesome experience and highly recommend purchasing from them.

My son who is 18 bought his first car from this establishment. When he first told me it was a small dealership I was a little hesitant about it, but of course he is an adult and all I could do was support him. Let me tell you that this dealership has treated my son way better than any dealership I've ever been to myself. They didn't try ripping him off, they weren't pushy with the sale and were extremely professional during the whole process. I am truly amazed how easy they made the process and I would am definitely considering buying a van for myself once the time comes for me to upgrade.

I got my car on September. After 3 days the check hybrid system light went off. I went there and apparently that was my fault. Finally they accepted to pay to fix it. But it didn't work. They never helped me. After 6 months the light is still on. The car is looking bad inside. The sits aren't good anymore the leather was just painted. And they aren't able to help me. The car wasn't cheap. I wanted to buy a car from a decent dealership but this is not a decent one. If you want to loose your money go with them. I feel like they just stole my money.

They did a really great job with communication and really helped me find the car I wanted. They worked with us on the price we wanted and how we were willing to pay. Really recommend them.

Odd they have 4.8 stars. I messaged them about a 2009 vehicle they have on offer up asking for a fair out the door price and they immediately hit me with over $2,500 in fees & tax. Taxes on this vehicle for the price they are asking is right around $1,000 with maybe a couple hundred more for license & registration. So they’re charging over $1,000 dealer fees on a used vehicle that’s been on their lot for 4 months. I was a serious buyer willing to talk & all I got is “we can take $200 off” and “if you want kbb’s price go buy a car from them” insulting. Avoid this scam dealership.

Bought a car from Redline auto from out of state. They made the process easy and helped with getting the car delivered all the way to my door in Illinois within 2 days. Appreciate all the help and would recommend them to anyone.
