The owner and his wife are so friendly and attentive. He did not pressure us into buying and even said “if you don’t feel comfortable buying, I don’t feel comfortable selling. ” The atmosphere was quiet and the cars were very clean.

Typical used car sales tactics. I called and asked if car we saw advertised on-line was still available. Owner, who answered the phone, said “Yes, the car is still on the lot! ” I asked if it had been sold. He then answered, “Well, yes and no. ” I asked, it can’t be both so which is it? He stated, “I have a verbal from a guy yesterday who said he wanted it but he has not signed anything or made any payment. ” I said so it’s not sold? He said “technically no. ” So, my wife and I drove there with cash in hand. As soon as we walked in and inquired about the car, the owner’s wife told us straight up “that car was sold yesterday”. I told her that a man who answered the phone told us otherwise. She then said it “was her husband because no one else works here”. So, I walked into the husband’s office and told him that he should have been honest with us if it were truly sold. Sold means it’s “now not for sale! ” We had driven a long way to buy the car. It really is simple to just say, “Sorry it was sold yesterday, but we have other cars”. Why not take this approach instead? Strange anyone had good reviews here with such tactics.

I live in Florida and Reed Motors just happened to have the exact vehicle I was looking for. I had a local relative test drive it and he said wonderful things about his experience at this dealership. When I decided to purchase the vehicle without seeing it in person, the Reed family made it seamless. He made sure I had every detail and videos of my car being loaded on the transport. The price was fair and the vehicle was even better than expected. I would buy from them in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience today. Finding a vehicle can be very stressful. Everyone here was just so friendly and helpful. My husband drove home with the car he wanted at a great price! I'd shop here again in the future. Thank you for taking some stress off our shoulders

I cannot say enough good things about Reed Motors. This family run business sells quality used cars with a caring and ethical approach. After searching for weeks at larger auto chains, I found myself disappointed with the deception and ridiculous mark-ups. Frustrated, I turned to smaller dealerships and was drawn to multiple positive comments regarding Reed Motors. As I entered the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome, given a quick tutorial on how they work, and then was allowed to shop around the showroom without being bothered, hassled, or pressured. It was such a relief. Of note, while checking out all of the options, two separate families came in to purchase second vehicles from Reed Motors, expressing their happiness with previous vehicle transactions. Nothing like live reviews to ease big purchase worries! Once I chose the vehicle I was interested in, I went on a short test drive with the owner and was then allowed to travel next day with their in-house mechanic to have the vehicle inspected by our personal mechanic; all of which was allowed at no charge to us by Reed Motors. Following the clean bill of health from our mechanic, we purchased the vehicle and have been extremely satisfied. We have had the vehicle now for almost four months and have zero regrets. Thank you Anthony for creating such a warm and safe environment to make a big financial investment in. We will definitely be buying from Reed Motors in the future!

I bought a car from here about 4 years ago. Have wanted to write a review and just finally getting around to it. Car is still running strong. Have been really happy with it and they gave me a great deal. Totally recommend and I would definitely buy again from them.

Walked in, was helped by a lady I'm assuming is the wife. She didn't introduced herself. Told her what I was looking for and she pointed me to the car I saw online. I asked to test drive it. Her husband came out he was friendly and he was the owner. I asked questions and he said I can read everything on Car Fax. He was silent and felt like I was an inconvenience. After the car fax was handed they disappeared, no follow up questions or anything, zero. I walked out. I will never return nor will I recommend. They are nice just almost non-verbal. Not sure what or why but it was awkwardly silent. Please do better.

Unfriendly, I came in looking for a car and Anthony Reed acted almost as if he did not want to sell a car to me. I have the money? He was silent the majority of the time and when I would ask questions about the car he would say “you can look at the car fax if you want to know the history” okay? I had to ask him to print it out for me and his wife did and then boom gone. Left me in his facility practically by myself his wife was there but standing across the building neither of them helping me. What happened to customer service? Luckily a family friend recommended Legacy motors Enrique bueno was awesome! But definitely would NOT recommend Reed motors. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I had a very good experience with reed motors. Anthony and his wife were very professional. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

About a week after purchase my car started swaying a bit on the freeway. I reached out to Mr. Reed and he ordered new parts to fix my suspension based on our phone call. No argument, nothing. Brought it in and checked everything out with their mechanic myself. The shop I took it to prior was trying to scam me by telling me my suspension was leaking. When I looked, it was bone dry. Apparently a weight fell off so I just needed the tires rebalanced. Runs great after the balancing. Their mechanic even showed me how to change the struts myself should I need to do so in the future.

Mr. Reed and Javy (mechanic) are honest and have great character.which says more to me than anything else.

Just purchased a vehicle from Reed Motors today. Super happy with the purchase. The owners were just lovely to deal with! The place was very clean and no frills which you prefer when buying a vehicle. Hassle free - great experience!
