We signed a six month lease and before we took possession our business plans unfortunately changed. ZERO FLEXIBILITY. Our furniture had not even been delivered yet and we were merely told pay up! That’s that. Moved to smaller space but we didn’t need it. They had the flexibility to charge us just a month for inconvenience but the leasing person didn’t want to lose their commissions / bonus I suspect. Gave us no one higher up to talk to. So beware! Sign ONLY month to month or you’re screwed, they will take your money.
