I bought official dji mini 3 propellers from this shop and went back and started replacing mine.just to find out they are third party and doesn't even come with the the right
screws they were so much shorter than the screws I had.

Not really good for drone repair. If you want to overspend on a mini drone this shop is it. Otherwise seek help for crashed drones elsewhere.

10/10 experience, I’m very new to FPV and the man working was more than helpful with explaining my issue and fixing it. Not to mention the service was unbelievably quick! I needed an RX antenna but my card was not functioning, the worker took my word and let me come back for the payment. Super nice guy and super nice shop highly recommend if your new to fpv!

I’ve had multiple repairs of my DJI and my FPV drones. The owner, Pete, has been great at helping everyone. I’ve always got calls for updates and any communication about it.

The technicians have been great with helping you get setup. The prices are also very reasonable along with the quality.

If you have any concerns, you can always go back to them and they will help you out even after sales and repairs done in past.

Best store for anything drone related in the valley. Pete is absolutely awesome and can do/get anything you need!

They don’t carry any drones in store because the owner says he can’t afford it which I get, struggling business owner trying to make it work by ordering when needed BUT what I don’t get is why he was drunk and stunk of alcohol while working. He was kind of hard to understand from the slurring of his words. The place was also very dirty.

Don't waste your money on the pre-built drones here. One motor burned out less than two minutes into a calm flight with the settings they had on the esc/flight controller. Waste of $350.

I'm new to drons and my dron wasn't working properly so I went there and the guy helped me a lot and talk to me how to turn it on and use it and what controller should i use and they reprogram it for me also. The price are great I wouldn't buy my stuff online if the store was close to me

I had broken the propellers to my drone and when I replaced them, my drone was not flying correctly. I went here to see what the problem was, these gentlemen fixed the placement of the replacement propellers I had installed and showed me how to properly install them if I were to break them again. Great service and honest people.

Had a screw over tightened and stripped from the factory stopping me from being able to remove one prop, took it in and in less than three minutes they had it all done! Great place, great customer service. Highly recommend people use them. Will be where I go for all future repairs!

There are not many stores out there geared towards drones and FPV. This is one of the few I know of. It's nice to know there are those truly dedicated to our hobby FPV.

Horrible Experience, the guy at the counter could not have been less interested in helping me. Did everything he could do to have me go somewhere else. This person should not be working with your customers. I Showed up at 12.00 and they are supposed to open at 12.30 but door was locked, He seemed irritated that I was there and had zero interest in helping me. The response from the owner below is total BS, the person behind the counter said the owner was out of town and I could contact them if I choose. The person behind the counter had zero interest in helping me.

This is your place for all of your drone needs. Pete and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me get my drone problems ironed out and got me pointed in the right direction. I would highly recommend this shop for all levels of experience.

Highly recommend! The go-to store in Phoenix for drone sales, parts and service. The “DJI guy” Chad is super knowledgeable and was able to get me flying finally! Appreciate how friendly the rest of staff is and they go out of their way to help out.

Needed some last minute props after business hours for an early morning shoot. Rekt didn't have them specifically but called another drone op in town who did and linked me directly with them. Saved the day for me. This is what solid production / gear camaraderie is all about. Thank you so much Rekt!
