You will find that after you purchase an expensive zero gravity recliner, and you want to return it. Good Luck. They will not speak to you and I am now filing claim with my credit card. Beware of this store

I purchased an X Chair from this store about three years ago. The lift cylinder started failing a couple of months ago. I didnt have the original receipt but when I called the store the owner there gave me the serial number and date of purchase. Turned out the chair was still under warranty for parts. I had a replacement cylinder sent to my house by X Chair. I received the cylinder along with detailed instructions on how to replace it. Unfortunately after three or four attempts I still was unable to remove the old cylinder. I called the local store in Scottsdale and initially talked to Francisco. I explained to him the issue and also the fact that due to some lung issues that I have and Covid stll raging in Arizona I didnt feel comfortable coming in the store. He suggested, and I thankfully drove to the store with the chair loaded in my SUV. When I arrived I called and Tom answered the phone. I mentioned my conversation with Francisco. Tom politely came outside nad unloaded the chair while I satyed masked in my car. I drove home and about two hours later Tom called and said that my chair was fixed.when I arrived Francisco brought out the chair and loaded it in my SUV. These two guys went far beyond what was expected of them and I am so grateful that this kind of customer service still exists. Francisco and Tom. THANK YOU.you have made me a customer for life

I have bought many Relax-The-Back products over the years. But I recently bought a custom-made Liberty chair from David at this store. It is heavenly comfortable. I always receive excellent personal customer service. I have shopped in this store many times. All their products are first-rate. Very high quality.

The salesman was very friendly and answered all our questions. Chair had to be ordered but was delivered in 2 weeks, Great store to do business with.

Everything was excellent from Relax The Back, except Costco, about a month later, had the same chair for sale at $7,500. I paid $9,999 plus tax. I do not think this is fair or right. My daughter also bought this chair at the same time. If we could have returned your chair's we would have.
