Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa reviews
18The only place open to eat on Thanksgiving for those of us who are working today. Gloria was attentive, friendly and made sure my special order sandwich was perfect!
We are in Phoenix 3 days a month on business and like to try out the different Marriott brands. Out of all of them, this one has been the most impressive. Their staff absolutely knows what they're doing and how to help you have a comfortable, effortless stay.
The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed. We were able to schedule a room cleaning while we were out so when we came back, everything was like new.
The breakfast options for ambassador members were good and very generous. We had nothing but good things to say about this place and we will definitely be back.
Didn’t stay at the hotel, but ate at the restaurant. The food was great, and Gloria is an amazing server!
Loved Ray’s bar and restaurant downstairs. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Gloria was fantastic and took great care of our large group!
The customer service that Prat, Sammy, and Katelynn provided was top notch! They all went above and beyond when they didn’t need too. I am so thankful our paths crossed!
Overpriced and people are rude. This place isn't even that nice. It smells old and the room I got smelled like body odor. It was horrible! Save your money and a bad experience and DO NOT stay here. Unless you are trying to ruin your own trip? ️
This hotel accommodated us for our anniversary weekend staycation celebration! We felt like we were truly on a vacation and enjoyed the beauty, nearby activities & eateries of & bear the hotel!
Everyone had such great reviews, I guess we had a horrible experience because we are black. We actually asked for our reservation to be cancelled after a lot of back and forth, round and round and up and down about my Explore form.
They even called my property to say I was trying to pass a FORGED FORM, my property confirmed my employment and they were still so rude and mean to me, I left. Amazing staff, thank you…. I apologize for not being your type of guest.
Very clean nice location a lot of different restaurants around very friendly stuff friendly staff and clean room
Gloria (bartender) topped off our trip perfectly! Super friendly and helpful! Her Bloody Mary’s are the bomb! A must for everyone!
The food was excellent, best sweet potato fries ever! Gloria was our server and she was so friendly and made our meal a joy.
We always stay at this hotel when visiting the Phoenix area. We had lunch in the courtyard; the food was great, and Gloria our server was great too.
Hung out at the bar after going go the packers and Cardinal's game had a ball nice friendly bartending the bartending friendly staff

Our room was fine, and hotel staff were friendly throughout our visit. Awarding three stars rather than five for two reasons: (1) our arrival was a nightmare, spending over 30 minutes in traffic to drive the last 0.2 miles to the hotel due to a concert going on in the adjacent arena, most of the parking for which was directly across the street from the hotel, and exacerbated by then waiting over 15 minutes for a valet at the hotel once we arrived, and (2) multiple times we called down to the front desk for toiletries and a luggage cart, and were told they would be sent up, only to then wait 45 minutes and have to call down again.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We also hung out in the bar watching a football game for a few hours. DAN was our server and Did an amazing job. We need more Dan’s in this world
This place is awesome and so close to shopping and entertainment! If you are wanting to hang out with friends at bars and restaurants, or shopping and then walk back to your room, this is the place! And if you are attending an event at the Cardinals stadium or Gila River Arena, you can't go wrong! Stay here! The rooms are perfect and inside the hotel is beautiful!
Been awhile since I was out this way, and it has changed a lot. The development of all the new housing that's going on.
