Don't waste your money! I was so hopeful. What should had been an addition to energy saving measures. This has turned out to be a nightmare. Not to mention a higher electricity bill which is a nightmare in itself.
After almost paying $15,000.00, none of the install windows FIT! The A/C escapes through all 5 windows. The windows are all almost an inch shorter than the actual window frame. I'm so glad our monsoon was not as bad or I could have lost a window with a strong gust of wind. I had more dust in my house than outide which is not good for my son who has severe asthma. The company did come out to "correct the error" they remeasure the problem windows. I thought the windows would be replacement windows soon after. Unfortunately that was not so. The company had to come out a second time 5 months later, to once again remeasure the same windows and fill out specific paperword. I was told that corporate denied the original request to replacement windows because the claim was not written on the "specific" paperwork.
We are now 3 additional months from the second visit, again no phone calls and no replacement windows. I've called for status and instead I am received with condescending remarks by their customer service representative and/or the run around. Yet every month for almost the company receives my payment. Which is on time and with interest, for services NOT rendered and customer satisfaction. We have been patiently waiting for the corrections to be made, I am done waiting! We will be filling a claim with the BBB and the FTC on before the year ends. Please think twice before y

My new windows have been installed. Six guys showed up at 07: 15 and left by 1: 15.5 hours to cut out and put in five windows and two sliding doors. Amazing job! They all were very respectful and helped move the couch and tv and cleaned up afterwords and hauled the old windows with them.
My husband and I are very very please with everything they did. They were amazing!

Great windows, bad customer service. If they do a bad install, they take a month to come out and fix it

Have been constantly harassed by them with unsolicited advertisements in a variety of formats since moving. They want a review so badly? One star it is. Learn to take a hint and if the quality of your work matches what your saying people will come to you. Based on other reviews and word of mouth it seems obvious why you are having to go to the customer.

Would you trust a contractor that does not respect you or the rules of your neighborhood?

Well, for years Andersen Windows in Tucson has entered our gated sub by abusing guest gate codes that were originally given them to enter perform work on a house. They ignore the clearly posted NO SOLICITING signs, and enter the sub to canvass the neighborhood door to door for business. They have been asked to leave multiple times a year for years, and their management has been called again and again for years, yet they keep coming back every year. Their blatant disrespect for us residents who moved in a gated sub to be free from solitictors is baffling. How do they think they will gain business by disrespecting us?

They are back again soliticing door to door, and are even looking in people's back yards when they residents aren't home, which is highly inappropriate. We know this because the solicitor left a note for one neighbor who wasn't home referencing window seats that are only visible from the back yard.

When confronted by other neighbors, the solicitor lied and said he had a permit. When corrected with the fact that permits for solicitation are not given out in our sub, he became very rude and arrogant.

We want the entire world to know how disrespectful they are, and how they have no scruples or personal character in how they go about gaining business. We want you to think twice before hiring a contractor who will not respect your wishes or the legal rules that are in place for your subdivision. If they don't respect the rules of an HOA, do you think they will respect building codes, or city inspectors? If they cut corners by illegal soliciting (which is technically trespassing on private property), then why wouldn't they cut corners in manufacturing and installing your windows? What if an issue comes up? Will they respectfully make it right? The character of a company and its managers is revealed in every aspect of how they conduct and solicit business. I think their character speaks for itself.

Beware of this National Brand and it's advertising claims. They DO NOT provide a warranty like their advertising, sales pitch and message-on-hold claims. I have filed a formal FTC complaint after spending over $20,000 on new windows and doors. We haven't even had these for a year and the screens are ripping out of the bottom on 3 of the back larger windows. Inferior trim on these windows dented during some monsoon storms this past summer and Renewal by Andersen is NOT covering it or replacing it. Go elsewhere for a lot less money. The name and so called lifetime warranty is WORTHLESS. DO NOT purchase Renewal by Andersen Windows and Doors in the state of Arizona. Not an investment as advertised. Currently a satisfied customer. Trim has been replaced on back windows and doors. It obviously took a review to get action.

Aaron from Renewable by Anderson showed up on time, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough analysis on our windows and doors for our home. We look forward to having our 60 year old windows and doors replaced soon. Will be sure to refer future families to renewal
