6My hubby and I has an account with RCA. Somehow he was trying to find a jobs after happened unemployment insurance was shortly trying to make arrangements to pay on my paydays unfortunately they denied ought to spoke with him was very rude and wanna charges $100 for that late fee for being a week late. They ain’t compassion.
I got a washer from them and woke up cockroachs coming out of it all up my walls

I love rent a center I just recently went back to them I was with them about a couple years ago and I'm back with them again I love there service they are very friendly
They are a joke. My husband has an account with RCA. He recently had a massive heart attack and spent over a week in the hospital. Trying to make arrangements to pay on my paydays was a joke they denied having spoke with me was very rude and wanted to charge a $60 late fee for being a week late. They have no compassion.
Terrific customer service. Devin the saleslady I spoke to did a wonderful job and was so helpful. Anthony the driver who delivered my items was very professional and friendly. Delightful experience.
