Ramen is fresh and not so hot that you can't dig in right away.
I had the veggie Ramen original with tofu and it was wonderful

This place is great for some quick ramen. The prices are great for a huge bowl of delicious ramen. I mean it’s big, bring your appetite. The boba flavor selection is endless and they even have like smoothie bobas called “snow”. I’m more than happy with the meal I got here.

Pretty disappointing. The broth was okay, but little substance. We ordered boba tea and found a hair inside too! The waitress replaced another cup, but I don't think I'll be here again

One of the only dedicated Ramen Shops in thr Phoenix area. This place has a good selection of broths and toppings. If you like Spice i would highly recommend the Rebulic Ramen Broth.

Amazing, wholesome and filling! I haven't had much appetite lately but the vegetable udon hit the spot. Shout out to Malcolm and the crew for the much needed good meal. Definitely going back

The first thing I noticed was how clean and well kept it was.i ordered the shoyu ramen myself and it was the best out of the restaurants I'd been to so far.when you place your order you're given the choice of traditional or original topping. Traditional has the original mix of toppings that typical ramen has and original is their mix of toppings there some diffences also you can choose your meat it's a choice between chicken, pork, chicken, and beef.the noodles were to my liking as well as the toppings it was my first time but ill definitely be going back.

With the new fad of bushman beards, kitchen staff should probably wear face hair nets like most other restaurants.

I came here for vegetarian ramen. The toppings were good, but the noodles were wrong. I'm not sure if they ran out of ramen, or if they always use that type of noodle. The vegetarian base was okay, but lacking something. Both iced teas were really watered down. The cashier said she knew about it. For the establishment, the bathroom was a little gross and our table was really sticky. Maybe they were having an off day.

This place has Orion beer! And that's all you need to know.oh, and the ramen is good too ;-) My 9 year old said of their Japanese brown curry, "This stuff is heaven that you eat! "

Absolutely love this place! We got the Shoyu original toppings with beef and the Sapporo original toppings with pork and they were both absolutely incredible! The veggie tempura was amazing too. We will definitely be back

They have vegetarian ramen, which I was very excited to try with the original toppings. The portion sizes are huge. The ramen could have been seasoned better (it was a little salty), but besides that, it was delicious. Also love that there was plenty of parking out front.

I have been to a few different ramen restaurants in the area and republic ramen by far has definitely been the best. Great prices, ramen was great, friendly staff with everything going on (covid). Definitely will be going back.

My daughter took me here for lunch. Enjoy everything, thought it was a little expensive, but it was filling. Loved the sno, which helped the overall experience. It was pretty busy the whole time I was here.

It's not bad. I go here because it is convenient to places I frequent. I'm not sure I would seek it out. The Republic Ramen bowl has good spicing and flavor, but the noodles are only so-so, the tofu is boring, the eggs are VERY hard boiled and the veggies are cheap and not well prepared.

It's simple. Food, Food, Food. RrstaurantThat's enough explanation. Try it. Plenty of seating and adequate parking. Quick.

I was dissatisfied with the ramen the broth was good it's just that I never had ramen with a hard boiled eggs it's always a softball egg and it wasn't that much vegetables
