Great company to rent from. All model Y's they have are clean, have 7 seats and very generous mile restrictions. Have used them twice and will use them anytime I need a local rental.

My trip was delayed one hour because Resla failed sending me code in time. The car is good and clean.
I was initially thrilled when I read the reviews and decided to book a rental for one week. However, the experience took an unexpected turn. I was told that I’d receive detailed instructions 30 minutes before my pick-up time via text, but that notification never arrived. After a call, I learned that the local contact had been unreachable for hours, and I wasn’t the only one facing this issue.
The person I spoke with was quite pleasant and apologetic, assuring me they were working on a solution. About 45 minutes later, I received a call directing me to pick up the rental at a location 15 minutes away from the original one. While this change was a bit inconvenient, I accepted it as part of the process.
I was informed that my first charge would be covered due to the inconvenience, which I appreciated. My travel plans subsequently changed, and I only needed the car for two days. When I inquired about returning it early, I was initially told I could return it to the original location. However, later, I was informed that I had to return it to the further location instead, creating some confusion.
A week has passed, and I haven’t received any refund as promised. The only correspondence I received was regarding purported ash in the car, which I found puzzling. I requested a photo of this alleged ash, as I couldn’t recall any such incident. I rated this experience with two stars because the Tesla itself was excellent. Nonetheless, I felt frustrated that I paid for a week and only used the car for two days, and communication with the rental service has been a significant hassle. I hope to have the promised refund and coverage for my initial charge as per the earlier agreement. Thank you.

Flew into the Columbia airport and was referred to this company. My Tesla was ready within minutes of booking online. Fully charged, clean and so much fun. Highly recommend!
