ResourceMFG, Glendale AZ

I was supposed to have an interview on 10/20/23, I didn't know it was a staffing agency. I checked in with one person in front of me while I was waiting, someone else checked in after me. A few minutes later, this person was called to go over with a recruiter first. I realized I was left behind, so what in the hell happened? Did the receptionist mess up the order. Was I judged by the color of my skin? So I went back to her, and I asked, "Was I skipped? " and just left the place. I'm pretty sure there are better companies out there.

My experience was awesome, they found me a very good job very quickly!

No one answers the phone, It is very difficult to get in touch with the Glendale office, I left a message a couple of days ago, and still no one has reached out to me.

The worst company I have ever worked for, they have tried to under pay me and others. Never answer the phone, management is extremely rude and unprofessional office. I would not recommend this place waste of time if you ask me.

I'm ready and willing to work but I can't get anyone to answer the phone when I call. I've called back to back 9 times just now with no answer. The one time I got an answer I was transferred and hung up on. It's seeming like someone doesn't want to do their job. Maybe because it was a little close to closing. No excuse. SMH

Update as of 07/10/2019: I went in to the office for the third time looking for work because I received a text stating that there was an assignment for me and to respond if I was available. I was so I responded and was told to come down for the info for the job. I did that and waited around 15 minutes. Not a problem.when I was helped I was told of the assignments. One was for a position they told me I was not qualified already and the other wanted someone with a squeaky clean background, which I don't have. This Resource should know because they made me go through this big process before I could be cleared for assignment plus I'd been down there 3 times in the last few weeks. Thanks for wasting my time and resources. I think I'm good on this company.
