Good morning. I'd like to say something. Not as a means to be disrespectful. Yet I have chosen t. Never go to your food bank again. Yesterday was my first time. Going there as I'm new the area. And a volunteer from your thrift store. Suggested that I check it out. The gentleman working wasn't very hospitable. In fact he saw my child and I. Enter at the counter. Not once bothering to inform me. That as a newcomer I'm supposed to. Fill out a form etc. It took a woman behind us. To tell me that anyways. Moving forward a woman approached. To come assist us. Once she discovered that I lacked a car. I was almost turned away for food. The older gentleman came over. And was patronizing and rude. About the produce being fresh. And blah blah blah yada yada yada. I explained to him that. I understood and was aware. I told him that I. Can actually carry the food home. He reluctantly allowed me to get food. The produce was already in poor condition. When he gave it to me. Which was no fault on my own. The cake was spoiled so that went bye-bye. The pineapples and water melon. Was spoiled and we'll past the expiration date. The salad had wilted and brown lettuce throughout. And smelled awful so ultimately. That went bye-bye as well. My trash can was happy yesterday. Yet I was not with the experience overall.

Hidden gem. East mesa. Plenty of furniture. Some not so cheap. Variety of things

Friendly and caring. They will not refuse service to anyone that's in need.
