Great move-in experience. I love how clear all the expectations are, and the online portal is awesome. I love the property and feel so well taken care of.

If you rent or own a property from this management company, I would highly recommend you try your best to avoid them at all costs or attempt to find another company to do business with. As a renter of a house under their management, or mismanagement is a more appropriate term, they have been unresponsive, have made several clerical and financial errors, they force you to jump through too many hoops, make you pay unnecessary monies for hidden fees and administrative costs. Do not engage with them for any service they claim to offer.

I highly recommend RGroup. I was completely new to the landlord/rental world and everyone was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and professional. It was a huge load off of my mind. Now that I am moving back to my home, the property manager, Karenmichelle, has been very helpful with ensuring the move is done smoothly. She has given me a lot of vendor recommendations for work I would like done on the house and I could not be more grateful for the help.

I live in Colorado and I'm very pleased w/RGroup whom manages my rental prop in Tucson. All facets of their business are top notch. I've had almost zero vacancies to date due to their marketing reach. They have a robust tenant screening process and are versed with current laws as they relate to rent collection/arrears. Have also had a good experience with them with any needed repairs - fast and a good network of contractors which are reasonably priced. Lastly a thank you to the team for always getting back to me so fast - quick responses are key to me.

Despite hiring a cleaner and professional carpet and following move out checklist RGroup is taking my $1400 deposit and charging me additional fees. Do not rent from them, they are predatory.

We’ve had a great experience with Rgroup. They lack on nothing, any concerns you have with them, or the rental property, they are on it. They have made it so easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Very understanding people. They will take the time and effort to make sure you are comfortable with any situation.
