Richie's Cafe reviews
16This place has great food, and the service is awesome. The restrooms are clean, and the atmosphere is a little lacking, but it is on Ryan air field, so you get to look at the small planes through the windows.
I had a burger and fries here and the burger was amazing. The ingredients are all fresh and made right there, including the buns. They make all their own bread which makes a world of a difference. Shoutout to Denise who waited my table She and the rest of the staff are super friendly and made it a great experience.
This was a wonderful stop for lunch along hwy 86 south west of Tuscon.
Food (breakfast all day) and service were great. Located at Ryan Airfield.
Great food, onion rings are amazing great atmosphere and friendly staff with a amazing view of Ryan's air field.
Great breakfast! Ample portions, lots of options, awesome wait staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We definitely will return.
I met Richie by chance at a Lowe’s and he told me about his breakfast/lunch restaurant. My wife Kathryn and I gave it a try and we’ve now stopped in to eat 3 times. Never disappointed. Great home cooking. Great service. Very fair and nice value for your $$$. Wonderful comfort food!
We’re fans!
We had an extream wait for our burnt food. I would have not served such a meal. The best was our waitress. Polite and served us well.
Perfect breakfast. Eggs, English muffin, home fries, pancake, coffee. All prepared as I ordered! Prompt and delicious.
I live out here in three points and there’s not many close places to eat that have quality. I was a bit skeptical to come here for that reason. My partner got the chicken fried steak. It was one of the better country fried steaks he has had. My only complaint while tasting his plate was that the batter was a bit on the salty side. The portions were large and shareable for sure. Would definitely get the plate again. I got an the western omelette and added green chilies. It hit the spot. The vegetables made it a bit watery. But I devoured almost the whole thing. My toast was a quality rye bread! Loved it. The service was extremely fast and friendly. Got our drinks and food quickly. They checked on us numerous times. A quality I often look for when I go out to eat. We will be back! Thank you richies!
I have been to Richie's several time and the food was okay.struggling to be on par with Denny's or Ihop, but my last experience on Aug 21 2021 was not good. The omelet was burn and flipped over to try and hide it. I am not talking a little brown but black and the holidays Sause was curdled. They lost 4 customs that day. The wait staff was good but should have never served the food we got
I liked my experience here, we landed to fuel only, ended up having good time in this restaurant,
Food is good, wide selection menu, and nice hosting.
We love having breakfast at Richies at Ryan field airport. Good food great prices and we like to watch the airplanes while we eat.
Not the greatest breakfast restaurant around but convenient if you fly in. They could definitely upgrade some of their menu items.
Nice place to get a breakfast and have a look over the airport ramp.
Raspberry pancakes were really good, just a bit more raspberries on them would be amazing.
I absolutely love this place. Quiet. Social location. Watch the planes and helicopters land and take off. Great and friendly staff. Food always great. Home made bread daily.
Breakfast and lunch only. Nice large sandwiches and salads with good service. On Ryan Airfield so it's really convenient for private aviators, but a little out of the way for most people.
