RideNow Powersports Apache Junction

Buying my bike was easy but after having an issue with it I find out that Ride Now Chandler Location that’s a BMW dealer (my bike is a bmw) will not work on my bike due to age! So they will sell it but not work on it.

I drive over an hour and a half, bypassing numerous other locations to get my Polaris RZR serviced. I've owned over 20 motorcycles in the past 50 years and get the best possible service, done right the first time and with perfection at Apache Junction RideNow Powersports. Kudo's to their professionals! WOW

Bought a bike from here, they were too cheap to fix the left turn signal on it before they sold it to me. But other then that it was a pretty smooth process. The staff was pretty helpful and everything as well.

Great service. Dustin and Jeff always have a solution to every problem. First class shop and selection. These guys always treat me right. No reason to go anywhere else.

They were all welling to help and the parts department was very knowledgeable about there products. The new management is a lot more help full and made me feel welcome when I came in the store.

Jeff Olson was great got my ride in for service finished same day ordered me a new spare tire and rim got it in three days everybody there is top notch

Upon arrival I was not greated in any way, walked into parts dept to see two men behind the counter, neither of which acknowledged my existence, walked to sales area and eventually decided to look for the item I was seeking myself. After approx 5 minutes I was contacted by a sales person who greeted me with "what do you need? ", I asked about the specific unit that brought me there from their website. He told me that the item I was after had sold 15 minutes prior. Still currently listed for sale 24 hours later. Salesman didn't attempt to do much for me or capture my business. Left disappointed and not wanting to do business with ridenow again.

I guess my money is better off elsewhere.

The salesman was at least honest/nice & said to come back with a 4-6k for a down payment. Also didn't have to wait for 2 hours like I did at other locations for assistance.

All the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I brought my RZR 1000 4XP in for service. Michael the service writer had my rig repaired and back on the road within 3 days. I would definitely recommend this Ride Now for parts & service on your Polaris.

This is one of many trips down to AJ ride now that I’ve taken my car in for pretty extensive work. Mike and the guys down there really did a good job at getting everything needed taken care of and kept good communication through the process! I’d definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know!

I was going to drive out of state to pick up a new RZR after talking to the other Ride Now locations, not a huge fan after dealing with some of the staff and BS. Lucky for me, I stopped by the AJ Ride Now to see if they had some vehicles that were not showing yet on their site, they did, and I picked up a 22 RZR Pro Ultimate LE Rockford Fosgate 2 seater. Straight shooters, didnt waste my time or play games, took all of a half an hour, and my faith in having a local reputable dealer has been restored. I think the other Ride Now locations could learn a lot about customer service and integrity by visiting and training at the AJ location. If not for my experience there, I would have purchased out of state, and I rather keep the money in Arizona. Good job AJ Ride Now.
