Rick and I have done business now about seven years. Salesman David patient till I was ready. Adam saved the sale when he suggested an angel bell. I noticed the last 3 numbers on Vin 666 did not like that but great job Adam saving the sale. I wanted the bike.

So I walked into a ride now on Ina rd looking to buy 2,4 wheelers one for my son and one for my self. I was greeted instantly which was nice. I walked over put my son on a 4 wheeler to check out his fit instantly things went south.a sales guy named Trevor walks over and immediatly asks how old my son is. He is 9 I have my son sitting on a 110cc which is close to the same thing i learned on years ago and he informs me that his brain development is not where it should be to operate that machine but was ok for a 70cc. I looked at him and calmly responded that that was my choice as a parent what to put my child on.that i was not going to buy a 70 cc quad that my son is already to big for.he responded back with he would not sell this quad to me as he knew it was for a 9 year old. I said it could be for me what does it matter if i pay for it.he responded with you already told me his age and that he would ride it so i already know.so i said ok Trevor The first thing you did was ask his age i walked in looking to buy 2 quads and am leaving with none this is America i should be able to buy what i want with out you or ride now dictating what me or my son can handle thats not very American.he tried to get my number for future but honestly My last purchase of a yamaha mt 09 is my last purchase with this place sadly they have over stepped here is arizonas take on 4 wheelers

this says nothing about dictating what someone elses child rides It does how ever state It's the parents responsiblity for the childs saftey not Ride Nows Responsibility. I've been on Yamaha my whole life but i Guess it's time to look into the competitors.

This was my first purchase from Ride now. I had a great experience. The staff was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. My salesman Wess was really good. He helped me get in to the bike I was really looking for. I appreciated that they did not rush or pressure you into any purchase. So you could make an informed and wise decision.

From Sales Team to General Manager the entire experience was Awesome, only problem was my lock for my gas cap tumbler don't work quite right, but I fairly certain that issue will be addressed by them quickly, as always this team's amazing.

To start with I was very upset at my last visit too RideNow. I sent in a bad review to them. Within less than 20 minutes Nick called us and apologized and worked out a solution for us, now that's customer service.
