Donna was extremely helpful making my experience from moving from my climate control unit to the other 5’ 10’ unit easy! Gave an easily moved trolley for putting the tubs on. She dismissed a charge since I was an existing customer and sold me a lock half price to cover the new unit while I take my time to go through the tubs before moving them.

Bought storage unit, unit was staged, filled with unsold units from previous actions, should have been labeled as manager unit. Will never buy from them again.

I checked MANY storage locations inTucson.
This was the best deal without a doubt, and the location is great -basically Broadway at Wilmot.
Then, when I got there, the service was flawless.

My wife and I were totally impressed by the reception and the overall services we received from Donna. From explaining options and their costs which was followed by a site tour to the overall atmosphere she created showed how a professional with great customer focus acts.

Donna was the most FRIENDLY. WONDERFUL, COURTEOUS, AMAZING, WARM, and on top of her stuff customer service that I've encountered in forever! I rented two storage units and the process was Flawless with this woman who knew exactly what was going on such a refreshing change! Thank you thank you thank you Donna! The company is blessed with such an asset as yourself

I am changing this review - folks are nice but they jack up your prices if you are a customer longer then a year. My price has increased over double what I started out at. I pay ahead by months and it doesn't matter, they don't care about good customers. My items will be moved as soon as I can!
