Dominique and Talyn were great. They made an extra trip to our fairly remote cabin and did all that was needed to ensure that we had a working split level system for our thanksgiving gathering. Thank you.

Used Rim Country in the past. Yet when recently needing service for our heater, the tech arrived as promised, he spent only several minutes in the attic. I was informed that I needed a whole new heater unit due to a cracked shield and it glowing hot and that continuing to run the unit I was placing my home in danger of a fire! I was also told that my unit was installed in 1993, but the kicker is my home wasn’t built until 1997! I was told to call the office for sales to provide me an estimate as he can’t do that. So I call the office after the tech left, the office told me the individual that provides the sales quotes was out of the office till Monday but I should go ahead and call him now and leave a voice message. Never got to call and leave a voice message because the individual at the office just hung up on me without providing the sales number. So I called a different local company to provide service. Thank goodness I did too. They came out same day and FIXED the heater. There was no crack in any shield and the unit is supposed to glow and get hot because it’s a heater! The new firm saved me thousands$$! I will never recommend Rim Country to anyone nor will I ever be calling them again. Lazy, disorganized, crooks.

Awesome company! Called them around 3pm and they came out the same day and actually fixed my furnace. Dude even braved my snowed in driveway to get in. My furnace works even better than it did before I started having problems with it. Much better than the other Mountain place who came out, didn't fix a thing and still charged me full price.

I definitely will trust this place and not the other.

Rim Country had been my "go to" company for over 15 years. They installed my unit and without fail have kept it running through hot and cold. The new generation is upholding the service ethic of the old one. I called them and they came. Its as simple as that. Without fail every tech who has come is friendly yet efficient and knows their business. And although I don't expect it, they often are able to come the same day.

Trent and his team were great to work with. They got my AC in Snowflake, Arizona replaced ASAP and were great to work with.

I also Had them install mini splits in my office and 2 Rentals. You are going to love Rim Country.

The tech showed up late, very young man with low energy level not motivation to fix the A/C. He said he is new for the job. He said the office will call you with estimate or plan of action. Waited two days no call from the Rim Country Mechanical office. Called the office to follow up.talked to an attended.got the same answer the tech will call you with an estimate.no action plan.just paid $99 for Rim Country Mechanical tech to show up.
Now I am working with Blue Phoenix Mechanical, they are responsive and knowledgeable.

Anthony from Rim Country Mechanical came to troubleshoot the loud noise of our air conditioner. He fixed the problem and took the time to share his knowledge about possibilities for the future. In addition we shared some small talk that made us feel more like a valued customer than a number on a work order.

If Rim Country has a reward system, Anthony needs to be given a gold star for work performance and kindness to two old folks.

What can I say about this company other than I am a customer for life now! I wish I could have found them when I originally purchased my unit. COLIN went above and beyond getting my down unit scheduled for repair. JEREMIAH promptly took care of my unit and talked to me about maintenance that would keep my system operating at optimum levels. Great company to work with and I highly recommend them!

The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well as arranged for a same-day appointment. Dominick is very knowledgeable and completely explained the service he performed as well as offered me a cost savings by purchasing a bi-annual service contract

Ty and Joe arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install the new external heat pump system and remove the old one, a rather time consuming process which took less than the whole day I was told it would. They were both friendly and very professional, answering all my questions about the new system and new thermostat I requested they add to the original order. Both Ty and Joe did an excellent job. I would strongly recommend Rim Country Mechanical to anyone.

We had our heating unit updated with new AC. Very professional let personable from start to finish.
