Highly recommend Rincon. My 25-year-old HVAC system failed on one of the coldest mornings of the year. The company I had been using did not come through. I called RIncon and they sent a tech that afternoon, got the system going and kept it running until could install a new unit (this was during the holidays). Installation was very smooth. As noted, all their techs are very professional, knowledgeable, always punctual.

We purchased a new unit a couple of years ago and recently experienced a small issue with blown fuses. The crew did an upgrade and it's working great. All without cost to us! Who does that now? These fantastic people do!

Can't recommend them enough. Had the best quote for completely new system at primary residence. Quick install within stated time period, and when a manufacturer's defect caused issues on a Saturday, they had it fixed asap and gave us a portable unit to use while they waited on the part. Had another problem at a rental property, and they came out within 3 hours of my call. Took care of the part warranty so I didn't have to deal with the company/pay for it. They're great value and amazing service.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called Rincon and they were out within an hour. Ben was our tech. He was professional, kind, And walked use through everything! Highly recommended Rincon and will continue use them for are ac services in the future.

Compressor fan on 25 year old AC went out and we decided to replace the unit. Got quotes from 5 or 7 different companies. Rincon came in with a reasonable price and inspired the most confidence they would do the job right.

Once we decided to go forward with them, they had the unit installed and running in under 24 hours. Very impressive! It's been about 2 months now, and no issues at all so far. Very happy with the value and the service they provided, and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The couple of hiccups we had were quickly remedied as John went above and beyond to make it right. A company, especially a small business like Rincon, that owns up to any mistakes and goes out of their way to make it right deserves five stars in my book. Especially in today's world. Our new ac is awesome. Nice and quiet. Keeps this old house cool even with constant use of the front door being opened and closed all day. If you're in need of anything ac related, give Rincon a call!

I cannot say enough good things about Rincon. Woke up in the morning to 86*F in the house and climbing, when it should be in the mid-70s. I have an elderly mom who is not well, and with our days topping out at 110*F+, I knew this was quickly going to get bad. Called Rincon at 10: 30am (*praying* that their schedule hadn't been completely filled.) They guaranteed me a visit between 2pm-5pm, but when I explained our situation, the owner started working to find an immediate fix. At 10: 37am, I received a phone call from the technician saying that he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. Ben showed up and was very friendly and professional. Got up on the roof and determined that it was a faulty capacitor that needed to be replaced. Explained to us what the part was, what it did for the system, and the expected life-cycle for a part like that in Tucson. (No surprise - ours had made it longer than average, but needed an immediate replacement.) Pricing from Rincon was very reasonable. They were upfront about the cost for the on-site diagnosis while I was on the phone with them, so I knew what to expect as a minimum charge. By 11: 15am, I had cold air blowing into my living room, and I couldn't have been happier. Ben even stayed an extra few minutes to talk to us about how much longer we could probably expect to get out of our current unit, and which brand we should think about using when it is time for a replacement. Top-notch service, lightning-fast response time, and reasonable prices. They were recommended by someone on NextDoor, but I've now got them saved in my phone for all future issues.

I called Rincon at 3 pm on a Friday for air conditioner diagnosis on a very hot summer day and they sent someone over within 10 minutes. The technician Steven diagnosed the issue and charged the freon. The issue was fixed by 4: 15 pm same day and the price was very reasonable. Steven was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all of my questions in detail. Overall excellent experience and would recommend. Will update review if any issues arise.

Our AC unit was 25 years old and on it's last legs. We shopped around and spoke with 4 other Tucson companies. Estimates ranged from high to low. One guy took a look at our house and decided it wasn't "properly ducted" when it was built, and anything other than a single stage unit would be overkill and a waste of money. One of our issues with our old unit is that it is a single stage AC and loud.

I called John at Rincon Air about this and he thoughtfully responded to the question without disparaging the other company. I appreciated his straight forwardness. Based on this interaction, we chose to move forward with Rincon Air and bought a two stage unit despite the claims from the other company who tried to steer us into a Bosch HVAC system that cost almost $20,000.

The installation crew came in and quickly removed the old unit, and installed the new one. The crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. We are thrilled with our new AC unit. It is quiet, it is much more efficient, and cools our house so much better than the old unit. With the cooler nights we have right now, we can run the fan in stage one, where we barely hear the system. Night and day difference!

We highly recommend Rincon Air.

Rincon Air Conditioning & Heating was a breath of fresh air when we needed an HVAC system installed in Tucson. We had just experienced a horribly unprofessional situation with another HVAC company in Tucson who removed our AC unit during the peak of summer and THEN told us the next day that they did not have the unit we had ordered from them. Rincon came to our rescue and not only had the equipment we wanted in stock but provided responsive and thorough service from start to finish. Our Rincon sales representative, Neil Chamberlain, was fabulous to work with and is still responsive to answering our post-installation questions. The Rincon installation team was also polite, conscientious and thorough, from the removal of our old system to installing the new one.
Rincon may not be the cheapest company to go with in town, but we learned our lesson that cheap doesn’t mean good quality. Rincon was worth paying the extra money.

When it comes to replacement of a major household system we have to look out for ourselves. After researching dozens of companies online, I selected 6 vendors in Tucson to provide bids for complete HVAC replacement. Each had different thoughts and approaches

Hands down, Rincon AC delivered in every sense of the word. State of the art equipment; a stellar installation team who truly seem to enjoy their work; a willingness to answer my unending list of questions throughout the entire process; and appropriate pricing

The installation was well coordinated and the entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The installation team was respectful of my dogs taking caution to ensure they did not run as they came in and out of the house

Kudos to all of management as building a team of this nature starts from the top down

Rincon Air installed my new A/C unit several years ago and has maintained it since via a service contract. The folks who come out to do the service have always been conscientious, clean, polite, and knowledgeable. The one time I had a concern, I had an immediate response. I'm so glad I switched from the other company.

Always excellent. I called first thing this morning because of an AC issue. Buddy arrived early in the 9-12 window and identified and addressed the issue (blown fuses) quickly and thoroughly, and also answered maintenance questions and prevented a refrigerant leak. Highly professional, and reasonable prices too. Thumbs up!

Not sure the name of the tech you sent but THANK YOU. My AC went out back in 2018 in July and it took 3 visits and 3 1/2 weeks for my home warranty to get the compressor replaced. I called your company at 10: 30 AM today, which is undoubtedly your busiest time of season and it was fixed by 4: 00 PM this afternoon.   Your tech even checked and cleaned the ceiling filter. Not to mention he had the compressor fan assembly on the truck. 1 and done same day service. My family and I thank you. Our AC went out late on a Friday. They had someone there within 90 minutes. Buddy helped us understand what the problem was then gave us repair & replacement options - no sales pressure at all. Opted for a new unit. Prep work was done first thing Monday morning, new unit installed by Tuesday afternoon. They even loaned us a portable unit to get by over the 4 nights we waited.

Everyone start to finish was professional. They sold us a high quality, name brand unit that's much quieter & more efficient than what we had. Highly recommend the team at Rincon!
