This is supposed to be a gated community. The gate has been broken for over two weeks. This is one of the worse sections of Tucson. When I left last spring the gate was broken then and some one had come in with police chasing them. Pool is closed often because of chemical unbalanced. Hot tub was closed for a couple months last yrs for parts. Time to look for a new safer place where the management cares about the residences.

Office staff is rude and seems to be getting worse every time I have to go in.
They give a new meaning to not caring about their customers.

The park is surrounded by some of the worst crime rates in the area and pan handlers at every business and street corner.

Their are much better parks in the area at the same prices.

Residents are bailing out of this park as fast as they can.
25 plus units for sale this month so far.

New ownership has shown to be less considerate to the daily resort operational requirements. Cleanliness, pool and hot tub maintenance and regard for the people who live there year round as well as the RV snowbirds. Organization of events (ie dinners, bbq's etc) are not advertised soon enough and it seems like there are never enough tickets. I feel I have the right to voice my opinion as we stayed at the RV section two separate winters and cannot believe the deterioration. We definitely missed George! New ownership seems to be completely focused on the sale and pre-sale rentals of the new park models. We were told that the pool and hot tubs were not operational due to issues regarding part availability. We visited another local park and found that their 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and ALL the washer and dryers in the laundry's (2) were 100% operational. Anyway, not returning to Rincon West unless positive changes are made. The people there are great and we have made life long friends.

Live in our RV so no need for a room. Clean resort and tons to do during season. Learn a new hobby at one of the craft groups-anything from card making, jewelry, embroidery, knitting, crochet and quilting. Groups are for beginners to advanced. Outside activities offered also.

Very relaxing. Kept very well clean and always nice neighbors. A park I will continue to return to.

Nice facility with pool, hot tubs, laundry and activities but no grass or green, just gravel and asphalt. Very quiet at night.

Stayed here for a few nights on our way to the West Coast. Neat, safe and friendly people. Excellent facilities.
Many 'hibernators', but still fine.

February 2023 update: Sill clean and neat and friendly staff. Prior review: Clean, neat, reasonably priced. Mostly mobile home with RVs mixed in. They allowed me to wash my travel trailer. The facility is well kept. Close to shopping. Good AT&T service. I'll stay here again.

A beautiful location if you need or want to stay temporarily in a camper or trailer or motorhome, great place to park.

Nice place. Noisy at night with the locals outside the complex driving their cars around like a race track without mufflers. Lots of clubs and activities. Lots of nice people. There are rules but minimally enforced such as dog rules.

Best RV Park in Tucson. Lots of activities. Well maintained park and facilities. Front desk staff are outstanding. We love that there are food trucks that come regularly as well as a Farmer's Market weekly. And they have a wonderful miniature train system. Mesmerizing to watch on our daily walks. And one of the best features for us as cyclists, is the park is right on The Loop, the 130 mile multi use trail around the city.

Great amenities on the property. Gate community, pool, many activities from game rooms, large outdoor train layout, wood working room, craft room, lots to keep you busy.

New ownership at RCW. Seems likely the new owners have "Great Plans! " to Keep their 10-10-10 rating. If some folks grumble, just take in stride and "Be Kind! " to them.

We are staying at this park for a month and initially when we arrived it looks a bit rundown at least on the park model side. The pool isn’t open for at least another week and the hot tube attached isn’t as well. That was not disclosed when we reserved. The activities are minimal until 1st or 2nd week of November. It’s too bad we will not have that to enjoy. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Not to mention it’s one of the more expensive parks in the area.
