Rinse N Ride Car Wash reviews
14This place is a SCAM! They will not end your monthly subscription, even after going through the process and getting confirmation. There is no one you can talk to when you call, their system is completely automated with no solutions. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
Convenient location. Damp towels provided by vacuum s parking. Lowest cost wash wasn't removing guck on outside. Have to move up a level. Then can run car a 2nd time if needed. They don't flip in your mirrors.
Affordabke, quick, convenient, clean, everything works, trash is emptied consistently, and any issues with membership are resolved quickly
What can you say but great place you pull in.and the.vacs are free with clean rags to detail your car.and vending machines with everything you need to give your car that final touch keep up the good work
DO NOT setup a membership with these people for their “deals”. They WILL make sure to charge you the following month by processing the cancelation much too late.
Take photos of the times and dates you process the memberships if you do.
Fair car wash but deceptive billing and terrible customer service. Like many others, they unknowingly signed me up for recurring charges and gave me the run around to cancel. Multiple calls went unanswered, the attendant on site wasn’t able to correct it, and directed me to an email which never responded to my multiple requests. I had to contact my bank to stop the charges.
This is a decent car wash location. Review is they charged my card for a service I didn’t get. Wasn’t even in the state. Impossible to call this company and can’t get an email back either. Almost like they don’t want to be contacted. Now have to dispute the charges and not sure how this company can just charge my card. And no…I did not sign up for monthly service or any package.
I've been to a few washes in the Valley over the last ten years, and I'm lucky to live right down the street from this one.
The staff are always welcoming, the bays are clean, and each bay has two vacuums, one with a flat and one with an angled tip attachment.
Sometimes one vac will have less suction than another, but I think that's just a routine maintenance thing.
The only thing this wash could add is a detailing/rug station that I've seen at some other washes.
As far as your weekly rinse and vac, I love this place and how well the people that run it take care of it.
I've been a monthly subscriber at this location for over 4 years, but I finally canceled my subscription due to an ongoing decline in functioning services over the past month. Too many things don't work correctly or at all, and management does not seem to care about the quality.
If your car is dusty or needs a rinse after a storm this is your place. If you have any mud or bugs stuck after a road trip you will need to find another car wash. This place does little more than get your car wet and prices start at $9. Free and plentiful towels are appreciated as your car will not be dry at all after the blowers.
Went through the car wash one time and it somehow set me up for a monthly subscription. I noticed 3 months later that I had a monthly $23 charge on my credit card. Tried to call their phone number and it is just a automated message where you cannot get through to anyone or leave a message. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Looking at other reviews it happened to many of us at the same time.
Price of membership keeps increasing while wash quality is decreasing. Has long lines for the wash and and have been stuck waiting for vacuums too.
The vacuums actually work! So many of these car wash places, you pay their monthly fee, and all their vacuums are clogged. Not at Rinse and Ride. Vacuums always work when I go there. The towels are a big plus as well. None of the other car wash places I am subscribed to provide towels. Of the four that I have used clearly Rinse and Ride is the best
UPDATED: They processed refund very quick. Kyle was insanely quick with responses. Car wash is great just pay extra attention to checkout!
Stoppedto wash rental car during Super Bowl week and I paid for a single wash. Two months later and I’m getting hit with a monthly fee. Email is only way to contact and nobody reached out to me after email was sent 10 days ago. I feel duped by the employee that helped me, as we do not have these where I am from. Hope they make this right!
