Rio Seco Apartments, Tucson AZ

I’ve lived here now for about a week and so far it’s really nice. I’m new to Tucson so first impressions was uncertainty with the neighborhood. But I can now say I like it a lot. The neighborhood is very quiet. Lots of family but quiet. There is a dog park for my dog I take and now issues. Maintenance requests were responded faster than I’ve ever had. I did have one noise complaint with a parked car but the leasing lady Yajaira came right away and addressed it. With no hesitation she showed up and handled it for me. When I moved in they gave me a welcome bag that even included a gift for my dog. My apartment is upgraded with black appliances and advanced cabinet doors. It’s an older complex so the bedrooms are spacious. I’m happy with my decision.

The ladies in the office are fantastic and Angel with the maintenance/groundskeeping crew was a blessing at move-in! I'm happy to have made a home here at Rio Seco!

Maintenance handled the work order fine and the front office was very customer service oriented in following up.

I'm been here for 18 years and the staff has been awesome it's the only place I know that is close to everything and is pet friendly. The staff always treats me with best customer service. They also have fun community functions that every one enjoys. I love living here more years to come. The new financial agent is very helpful and the staff Mercy is an awesome Apt Manager

The whole Crew Here at Rio Seco Are Fantastic. They all Hustle and get the job done. Richard is really a great Person he goes out and beyond to get things fixed. And let's not forget the Housekeeping Lady She's such a hard worker always smiling. We're Truly Blessed here at Rio seco

There always here in timely manner after request is put in they always update with tenet to make sure request was done, maintenance people are nice and respectful office managers are also very nice and attentive

Takes for ever to get a work order to be completed. Pools are closed for no apparent reason and no notice given to the residents. It is hot outside and this is the only pool here. Not cool! This pool should be given a reason for it being closed. And or kept open when it says to should be open.

The office staff was very professional and helpful. They work well together which made the relocation smooth. Thanks

For the most part, this place was nice. Of course, it's an apartment complex, and you might have to send some work orders to get things fixed, it is what it is. Parking could be annoying, a lot of people here have dogs and cats, so expect to hear a lot of barking and cat fights. If you're someone that works remotely 100% of the time, I'm not sure this complex is ideal for that. It's next to a very busy street with a lot of loud people living their lives, and it was very tedious having to explain background noises (or upstairs neighbor noises) when I was in meetings. Water will be shut off and come back on, and sometimes they let you know with ample enough time. There were times they did not though. Many times the water would be turned back on, not because they told you, but because you'd find out yourself
When I first started living here, I wasn't working from home, and I loved it here and was super happy. I only started becoming more annoyed when I began working from home. But it wasn't horrific. Everyone was respectful, with the exception of one girl who worked in the office, but I don't believe she works for the complex anymore. She never gave me attitude, but I heard the way she spoke to many other tenants and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Maintenance.is on point. Alexis Is the best.shes always ready to help you and get it done.

The Management and team made this process of getting a apartment so simple and fluid. There communication was simply Amazing. Couldn't have ask for a better experience.
