Risas Dental and Braces- Alhambra, Phoenix AZ

I have come for two appointments here and both were exceptional experiences. One was for my daughter and one for myself. They made us feel welcomed and at ease with concise explanations of the steps they were going to take making it a quick visit. The staff is extremely friendly and I felt they all really enjoy working here and were able to answer every question.

We were in and out fast with no long waiting room periods like normal, I hate dentist offices but would not mind coming back here for all my needs.

Great place and great people you will not go wrong coming here.

These guys are awesome! Dentist Groneman is super professional and worked very hard on my teeth, you can tell he cares about his profession and his patients. Every assistant is very kind and helpful and they make the process of making appointments, paying or any general questions very easy. I am glad that I found a great Dentist Office.

The staff are great very nice and organized answered my questions about payments and what my insurance covers. Dr. Groneman very pleasant and walked through everything he was doing or going to do.very good at answering any questions i had.i strongly recommend this location. Very affordable.

Have been coming here for about two years now. Dr. Copple and his assistant Kim are SO AMAZING! As a 49 year old with a lifelong history of cavities, Dr Copple is the only dentist I’ve ever had, where I have felt no pain at all. Not a single bit. When I need to go to the dentist now, I look at it as a positive experience instead of a scary one. Always look for to seeing Dr. Brad Copple, Kim and the rest of the staff there. Every one there is very upbeat, nice and super friendly. Thank you for all you do!

Doctor Smith and Karina helped me today with my braces and they are amazing. They explained everything to me clearly.

Dr. Mack and the staff took SUCH great care of me throughout my implant process. I was very nervous, as I had never had an implant done, or any dental surgery for that matter, but Dr. Mack put me at ease, was so informative, and the surgery was quick and seamless! They even made sure that my recovery was as quick and painless as possible. Thank you SO, very much!

I am very impressed and extremely satisfied with this place! Second time they have squeezed me in by the grace of God for a very painful tooth! Dr Mack is great. He explains everything, he’s very gentle but yet very fast! They definitely make me feel comfortable. And they don’t judge! Thank you for your help! More then you know! Also I want to add his assistant was so knowledgeable also answered every question. Very informative young lady.

Wonderful experience, superb team, answered our questions, very calming, excellent service and work. Corina helped us through the paperwork so that it was easy. Jasmine was our nurse and she was so kind and easy going- very relaxing. Dr Mack is an excellent oral surgeon and does a fantastic job. So happy we came here!

Super happy with the great care and customer services they provided to me. The staff super friendly, Vanessa explain everything I needed in detailed! Dr. Callen and his assitant Dulce were truly amazing and caring they made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends!

Had wisdom teeth taken out Dr.mack and the assistant Vanessa made everything go super quick and smooth best dentist I have been too!

Made an appointment and they cancelled me because I went to a different Risas dental at another location more than 3 years ago. They said I had to stay at that location because I was a patient. Sucks that they will loose a customer who has paid $5000 out of pocket with no insurance only because they won't "allow" me to go to a new location closer to my new home.

I came in at 2: 35 pm ask if they were taking walk in. I ask how long Janet said. 30 min to 1hr as there was 1 walk in ahead of me. So sat down and waited after 3 now it's. 5: 45pm an i am still waiting. I ask and the same person said there is 3 walk in in front and the wait is 3 to 4 hr. Wow that's nit what she told me the first time. I would of walk out and found a different location as i am in serious pain. She has no customer service and really unpleasant.

We came in as an emergency and they told us the wait would be 30 minutes to an hour. We have been here for more than 3 hours, & when we approached Janet at the front desk to ask how much longer, she said she never said it was 30 minutes to an hour that she said it was going to be 2 hours and she never said that. All 3 of us heard that she said 30 minutes an hour and we missed our chance to go to another dentist because they’re closed.

I love risas dental especially Dr. Cox his awesome, all the assistants are wonderful but Aby it's one of the kind, love the service at this office 35 ave and Camelback.

Dr. Mack and Jasmin were amazing! Jasmin answered all my questions and concerns, made me feel comfortable in spite of all the nerves I had. Dr. Mack did an amazing job at answering all my questions as well and explaining the procedure. Overall great experience and pain free. Most definitely will recommend!

I finally found a place that listened to me and took note that that I have certain needs ad didn’t try to just run numbers and PRICES for me that the company wants me to have done. I came in with teeth issues on top of other things and I was helped with just that for starters. Not like other Western Dental places were I felt like they looked at me as just a number and a dollar sign to them. I found my dental place even without having insurance it’s affordable.

Beautiful girls up front and very kind assistant! Great team will definitely come back and i will refer all my friends. They have affordable prices for my budget. I was seen as a walk in same day and they even did my cleaning. The whole staff was amazing from entering the office to the assistants to the doctor. I am excited to start my treatment. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends. Thank you Risas!
