AC went out while I was at work Wednesday. Maintenance brought me a portable unit the same night to keep my bedroom cool and he was so nice when installing it even though he got called back to work to do it. They showed up at 8 this morning (Thursday) to start working on the repairs. Bre was super kind and helpful and kept me informed. She made me feel like my needs weren’t a burden. And the unit is back up and and running already! The last management company let me go without my air for a week with no urgency as well as without a washing machine for over a week. They also always made me feel like anything I needed was a chore and avoided my calls when I’d ask for updates after days of no communication. Rise is a huge improvement. They also actually care about things like our parking spaces, unleashed dogs, and keeping the complex clean. They aren’t forcing their inherited residents out just to find new ones to charge more rent to. I was able to resign my lease in my apartment and not forced to switch to a renovated unit. Rent increase percentage was extremely reasonable (and that’s coming from someone who is kind of cheap lol). Not sure why so many people are unhappy with new management; this team has been a blessing. Thank you!

Everyone who works here are just so amazing, from the ladies up front to the maintenance crew. Malikia and Brejana are always on top of things and will really advocate for you. You never walk into the front office and the ‘vibe’ is off it’s always positive and you never feel like you’re just complaining because they make you feel like you matter! This is a very quiet apartment complex and they do everything they can to keep it that way. Even the neighbors are nice around here!

So just to start off with, this Rise apartment complex is amazing & extremely welcoming. Malika the manager & Brejana her assistant manager are very helpful, understanding, great communication, and most of all during these rough times they do their very best to help you with any type of rent issues you have. They go out of their way to help you feel comfortable & to not be afraid to ask for help when it comes to paying rent. They truly care about their tenants which is really rare now these days! I lived at this property for a very long time and they have been the best so far. Their maintenance team Carlos & Uriel are very helpful, they’re always on top of fixing things (maintenance request), and when my air conditioner went out they were right on top of getting it fixed along with the office! Please don’t judge other Rise communities based off of your experience at other ones because each manager /manager asst is completely different. So they definitely get 5+ stars from me plus Malika & Brejana make you feel like family not just like you’re someone just paying rent! So if you’re looking for a nice place to live, check out this property & you won’t regret it!:)

This apartment complex was bought a week after I was accepted to be a resident here.

I have been here three almost four months. In the time that I have been here the management here has taken to do extensive renovations to each apartment as they have become vacant. The work has been non-stop since they took over. All updated and renovated apartments have all new appliances.

The management, Malika and BreJan - a quick to respond to any complaints or work orders. If you have a problem in your apartment and you ask for work to be done it is done very quickly and efficiently.

When I have visitors come they are amazed at the size and unique layout of the apartment.

Included in the rent even though I do not have a car is my very own covered parking space.

I love my apartment. It is quiet night and day. There is a view of North mountain. Wow!

Not far is a large postal station a corner gas station convenience store and a gas station or two not too far.

I feel safe here I like it and I think you will too.

Whenever I need help with maintenance, Carlos is always very quick and helpful. It's good to have maintenance personnel that care.

If I could rate this less than one star I would.this place is an absolute joke. Overcharged place in a very sketchy part of the neighborhood, take your money elsewhere. Management claims this place is gated and patrolled by security, yet the gates are constantly wide open with access for anyone to walk right through. Multiple occasions with proof of homeless people sleeping right outside my apartment door on the sidewalk, not something that you would want to wake up to everyday, nor did management do anything about this problem. New management has already started to upcharge for things in fine print, so be careful to the terms that you sign to with this sketchy new management company. Zero out of Five stars.

Well To Be Honest Staffing At This Particular Place Is Outstanding Brejana, Malika And Carlos With Uriel Are Always On Top Of Job, I Truly Appreciate What They Do For Me As Well As All Tenet's

Ms. Malika helped me to get my AC fixed quick, fast, and in a hurry! She accommodated me and made sure I was comfortable while everything was getting fixed! Also if there's anything I need she makes sure to get it done and she has so much patience when I ask a lot of questions. Thank you Ms. Malika for being so helpful and making sure we are ok!

In speaking with Ms. Malika, I saw that she is very knowlegable and answered evey question clearly. You can tell she knows her Business.
