River Point Apartments, Tucson AZ

Rodney was wonderful in assisting my cross-country move to Tucson! River Point is so peaceful and quiet - thank you for allowing me to rent in this special apartment complex!

Rodney has been nothing but kind and so so helpful since I moved in. Every maintenance request and pest control I’ve asked for has been done within a day or two. Fantastic place to live.

Great manager, great maintenance. Fixed my ac within a half hour of my calling it in. Much appreciated!

This is the worst apartment I ever lived in. I'm paying ~$1200/month in 2023 for a 1b1b and expected an excellent place. But the room height is only 8 ft and the neighbors are noisy. Some residents don't sleep at night and play loud music. The walls are very thin so I can hear every time people talk and walk. If I knew this problem I would not have rented it. For some unknown reason I was not told about this problem before making the decision.

To prospective tenants: if you are sensitive to noise, simply skip this place. Their price sounds like they are a nice location. But you will regret like me when you move in.

Edit: now it’s 4 am Saturday and the upstairs woman is still constantly walking and making noise. The wooden ceiling/floor is so bad and noise is everywhere.

I’ve been a resident here for almost four years now, and despite my issues Rodney has always been such a big help to me. He is a very fun and pleasant person to be around, the staff and residents here are very lucky and should be thankful to have Rodney working in the office!

Had a great time at River Point! The location was great, amenities were solid and if they needed fixing it happened right away!
Rodney the manager is amazing, anything you need he helps with. Definitely recommend it if you can get a spot!

Staff was great apartment was clean and as described. No hidden fees in contract and answered every question we had during the move in process.

They're quick to respond to work orders and are very pleasant people. Rodney in specific is the best. He always greets us with a smile and never fails to help us out. That man deserves a raise.

I lived in a one bedroom and I loved it! It had been a long time since I felt this safe living somewhere. Rodney in the office was always ready to help and available to discuss anything. The maintenance staff was awesome and professional- honest, clean work. The pool, hot tub, and gym were always available and such a plus. I'm sad I'm leaving, it's such a beautiful place with all the grass and plants- but I am grateful to have lived here. Thanks River Point for making it a lovely experience for me. I highly recommend living here<3

The move-in process was straight-forward and easy-going. Merci, showed excellent communication via phone call and email to keep me up-to-date on the process and made sure everything went smoothly. My specified property manager, Rodney, is very professional, kind, and gets the job done! He answer all questions I had and helped w/ additional questions when needed. The PMT on-site (forgot his name) arrived same day to resolve my initial issues when I had submitted them.

Rodney was truly wonderful! He was handling multiple task at once but still made us feel very welcomed! He was able to show us a two bedroom two bath unit and the property as well. It was truly a great experience!
