Love this clinic. They are very fair with prices, never try to upsell you and are sweet with my dogs. We chnaged to them a few years ago. It was the best decision!

Quick, efficient and professional service with great personality. Our dog Gracie was really happy.

Went w-out appt as closer than emergency. Immediate, fast service. Dr even able to discuss other pet off top of head. Also, receptionist kindly sent rabies info needed for groomer altho shots done at groomer. GREAT SERVICE FROM EVERYONE! TY

Friendly environment, the staff really cares about the animals that come in and the vets don't rush or pressure you to buy expensive products/services. They take their time and answer all your questions. Definitely staying with them.

We're new clients and when I called to make an appt, they had availability next day! The office staff was very pleasant. The tech and Dr. Crawford were very thorough getting our dog's history, etc.and making sure they understood our concerns. Dr. Crawford called to follow up a day or two after he said he would, but he did remember! So far, we're pleased with our experience here.

Glad I was fit in for my cat who was in distress. However, The vet doesn’t examine your pet in front of you. Then the following day I took him elsewhere and he had profound anemia, gums were white and river road didn’t notice that? ! Made me wonder if anyone actually looked at my poor animal.

Another fantastic visit at River Road! We were in and out in less than 5 minutes for Toffee's vaccine. I love this place!

We love Dr Crawford. He seems to really love dogs. I like that they don’t try to up sell products or services that are not necessary.
I do wish that they would do the exam in the room with us. I prefer that so we can talk about it and ask questions while the exam is being done.

I love this clinic. Dr Crocker is a great doctor.he’s extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional and a very good listener. He gives great care and sound advice. Prices are very reasonable.

Outstanding customer care. Our dog is a older lady that really don't like anyone. Her face swelled up and i had no clue what to do. The River Pet Clinic not only helped me with my lady but was super patient with her in her painful state. We have a path on how to help her but the care she received was above par! Thank you so much

Treatment provided for my dog's ailment was successful, I give 5 stars for that, the Dr.however was not interested in explaining to me my dog's lab results, I felt like I had to pry information out of him, and then I got very little. I got this particular dr.last time I took my dog in and he was the same way. He is an older man with a limp, I don't think he introduced himself. They have a female dr.and a younger male dr, I will make sure I get one of them next time, they act like they care about the animals and the "parents".

Dr Crawford is kind and caring. He explains things well and treats my dogs like they are part of the family.

River Road Pet Clinic is friendly, efficient and helpful! They handle mybtwo dogs gently and quickly. I definitely recommend their clinic.
