My daughter and I went with the Girl Scout troop today and had the absolute best time! The instructors are patient, safe, and very good with the kids! We will definitely go back again with them and refer them to friends! Highly recommended AZ adventure, especially when the weather is nice!

Second time renting from them was as awesome as the first time. They truly deserve better than 5 stars for the kind, courteous, friendly, helpful and professional way they treat you. Even before I rented from them I stopped in to ask some questions and even though they knew I was only there to get some answers, I was treated as if I was handing out money and was the most important customer they'd ever had. Every time since then whether picking up or returning, I've been treated the same way.

Teri, Corey and the staff at Riverbound are fantastic! Their knowledge and experience were invaluable as I made my second SUP package purchase last week. You won’t find better or more personal customer service for paddleboarding and kayaking within a thousand miles. Gambling with an online purchase would be insane with this shop in town. The ability to easily rent and demo boards, kayaks, paddles, etc.you are considering makes the selection process straight forward. It is clear the team at Riverbound is passionate about helping others thoroughly enjoy all the outdoor sports they support. I really want to buy a paddle board so I decided to rent one first to make sure I'm capable of balancing on it etc. Reserved one paddle board online & picked up the next morning. My reservation was for 9 AM but I was late picking it up due to work. I called the main number to let them know I was going to be a couple hours late. They were very nice & understanding. Pick up & drop off was easy peasy. The paddle board was easy to inflate, deflate, & fold to put back in the backpack. I used the manual pump that is included in the cost. They do have of 12v pump you can rent if you don't want to manually inflate it.
I took my dog out on it with me. He wasn't very fond of it like he is the kayak or raft for some reason, so I wasn't able to stand up on it because he was moving around too much. Rowing the board is MUCH easier than the kayak & raft. It's not as straining on my muscles. Definitely would recommend renting from here!

Our guide (nick) was the absolute best. Dude showed us all the sweet spots and made sure we knew how to use the kayak and equipment. Definitely made the trip memorable and 1000% will be go back.

Great customer service. Item shipped within hours of purchase. Communication was like purchasing from a friend rather than a business. They even included a paddle blade cover. Experience was awesome!

I have had the pleasure of floating the river twice now and was extremely fortunate to have Nick on both trips. He helped line us out with all of our equipment and kept us informed on what to do and what to look out for while paddling. His knowledge is a game changer, from paying attention to flow rates, packing out and setting up our kayaks to knowledge of the area and animals. If you want a great shop with knowledgeable people and fun this is for you 10/10.

The team at Riverbound was outstanding to work with. My husband and I were helping a team clean up the Salt River. We hadn't paddleboarded previously. They helped with the board selection, showed us how to use all the equipment, made sure we had PFDs, gave lots of helpful advice and off we went! Great equipment, in perfect condition, the advice was exactly what we followed, return was just as simple. Highly recommend for first timers and experienced folks, too! We had a great time and without question will be back!
