My rosary beads broke twice. R&J came up in the Google search as "watch repair. " I took a chance and took the beads for repair. The man behind the desk fixed my beads quickly and without complaint - both times. He charged me nothing and sent me on my way. The shop has a great vibe and the shop owner/watch repairman is genuine and warm. I intuitively know that his watch repair work is excellent. I love this jewelry shop!

Wow! It's so nice to see a tradesman that really cares about his work. Brought in 2 bracelets on Saturdey for some repair. Was told it would be about a week. Two week days is all it took! Under-promise and over deliver! So refreshing. He even fixed more on the one bracelet than originally planned. I offered to pay more, but he wouldn't let me. Super service and high quality workmanship!

Hands down the best jewelry shop I’ve ever been too. Great customer service, punctual with working on my jewelry and did a great job explaining what work I needed and didn’t need.

My solitaire stone was feeling loose, so I took it to R&J. The ring was tightened and cleaned in less than 5 minutes! It looks brand new and feels secure again. Excellent service! Only place I’ll come for my jewelry needs now.

My watch band clasp was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was attended to immediately, a new clasp was installed on the band, and then I was sent on my way. Great experience.

Just got my wedding ring cleaned here, they have a basic cleaning for free! Totally worth it, and now my ring is sparkly clean again. Only took a few minutes. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family!

I have had two great experiences with Robert at R&J and will certainly use them in the future for local watch repair/fixes. He's done one battery replacement and on another watch he took his time to diagnose a moisture issue behind the watch face and ended up replacing all the gaskets to correct the issue (which took multiple visits). Every time I have come in Robert and his team have been helpful, friendly, and all around great people. Prices are very reasonable and service is usually quick, if you have to leave your watch or jewelry you will get a timely call back when your item is ready for pickup. Highly recommend!

I have gotten two necklaces fixed here and both times it has been top of the line service. Even though the pieces I brought in were not the most expensive, designer things, they were still treated with the utmost care and consideration. I was walked through exactly what they would be doing to fix my pieces and had all my questions answered thoroughly. They finished my repairs before their estimated window both times. I will never go to any other jewellery repair in town!

Great service! Friendly staff and decent prices. I needed batteries replaced in two watches and a new band. They were even able to replace the buckle in the new band to better match the watch. And they were fast! Definitely worth the trip!
