Everybody there seems to love their job. Which rubs off on everything they do. Even my dogs seem to be more calm. When they go there than other places we have gone. All their prices are up front and several ways to pay. It's just a very good experience for you and your pet.

We normally go to the Fletcher Heights but we had an emergency and Roadrunner was available. They were perfect and took great care of our pup

I came home from work and found my cat barely breathing. Tried calling 2 vets with no openings and then one of them suggested Arrowhead Animal Hospital. They were so kind and told me to come straight in. Doctor Jose Evans was so gentle and kind in my time of sadness. He treated my cat with compassion and care. I know I will recommend them highly! Thank you for all your kindness!

I worked with the lady Veterinarian named Glicksman, and her "assistant" Jeremy. Both of them aggressively handled my pet. They grabbed at it repeatedly, and in turn my pet ran and jumped all around, fearfully. They acted distant towards me, and seemed really fake and disinterested. They did not welcome my input or listen to what I had to say about my pet's ongoing and recent health experiences. They also did not listen when I tried to kindly show them a "technique" I use to put my pet more at ease, but just aggressively handled her THEIR way, and just gave me a weird "errr, I'm not hearing you" look in the process. The diagnosis they gave my pet was fast and abrupt - like "time is money". When I had some input and lightly questioned things, they seemed vague and rushed. I pointed out to them that all my other pets do not have the same issues, but that seemed to go past their heads. I also got the impression that they actually make money off of their medicine sales, not just from the visit fee itself, because they prescribed four (!) different medicines, AND they wanted to do everything double dose. When the price came out far higher than I would have possibly expected (or anyone would), I DID agree to all four medicines but mentioned that only single doses would be fine - they didn't seem to "like" that very much. You could really feel the awkwardness and impersonal attitude in the air. The biggest part of this visit I didn't like was, I requested a basic print-out and detailed documentation of our visit this day, the list of medicines, diagnosis, etc, so that when I go back to my home state, I will have that information in case of future care. (It might also improve my home care for her as well). It seemed weird but the guy Jeremy seemed to shirk away, like "oh, sureeeeeeee" and just rushed out of the room. When he came back, he was like "you know what, we'll just email that to you! " and didn't want to discuss the matter any more. He was more interested in getting my credit card charged. Guess what! They never printed nor emailed me ANYTHING related to the visit, my pet, etc! I don't have any single proof nor medical information for my pet - nothing! Oh, they DID send me some solicitation emails and text message solicitations, all business and promotional stuff, but NOTHING regarding my pet or it's well being. Zero. My pet died a couple months later, and I'm pretty sure it was some severe infection the way her face was so purple and swollen. It was a struggle the whole way through, she never got better, and the medicine did not help one bit. I feel quite strongly that had they taken more care to inform me of the specifics and some medical details, I would have been a lot more capable of getting my pet the continued and proper care it needs. The visit at this vet was expensive, superficial, and worthless to visit this veterinarian "Glicksman" and her assistant "Jeremy. "

This clinic is very clean and the staff is very professional. Dr. Phomsavahn was very kind to me and you could tell that she really loves animals in how she handled my pup. MacKenzie was also kind and professional.

They were able to get my dog Arhena in right away. Everyone was so nice and they answered all my qyestions.

Don’t go here if your dog has atypical issues. Communication between staff, and client history notes need to be better. They WILL tell you one thing during your appointment, and another on the phone. I’m astounded by the lack of care and dangerous procedures. My dog was prescribed unnecessary medication before test results even arrived. When the meds didn’t work and they weren’t getting any more money from us, they told me to quit the medication cold turkey. That is highly dangerous. It was 2mg of estrogen. You can’t just take a dog off of that. It has to be weaned off. Thankful I was able to take her to another Vet, who gave me proper information on how to take her off the estrogen. They formed a proper treatment plan with an ultrasound- then referral to a surgeon specialist. Please do better Roadrunner

Great care gave 4 stars cause we waited almost a half hour for the vet to come in the room. Other than that love the payment plan options and they were super nice

Friendly staff and clean and inviting environment. So far my cat and dog have both received equally excellent care. My beardie has an appointment Monday and imagine the vet will treat him with the same care. The exotic vet isn't in the office Thursday and Fridays due to surgery, so that is something you have to keep in mind. When we had to put our cat down he was treated with the upmost respect and they were as comforting and willing to explain what would go on. I have had pets my whole life, and so far this one is the best.

The team at Roadrunner was awesome with my dragons. It's hard enought to find a vet for my reptiles and a good one is even harder to find. I have found my vet team!

Amazing exotics vet. Actually listened to our concerns and would check up on our tegu. Also went above and beyond and trimmed his nails for us.

Been a customer for almost 4 years got not a nice letter about my payment plan which I have been paying. $600.00 bill for X-rays ridiculous. Found a new vet!

Took my little 3 month old Lola to her first wellness appointment here and had concerns about ear mites. The vet and the tech were both very sweet and understanding of my concerns. They checked her ears and confirmed the mites and provided a one time treatment that would eliminate the mites. Now my kitty sleeps very well and doesn’t cry and scratch. Availability is my only dislike as they were booked a bit far out. We have an upcoming appointment for shots but so far I think we found our forever vet.

They do not have loyalty for longtime customers. I used to have an account with them for years and be able to set up payment plans. Not any more. They priced themselves out of my range. I will go elsewhere
