Would definitely recommend this place! Tristan was super helpful right from the beginning he got my car into the shop within a day of me calling and my car was finished within a week and looks BEAUTIFUL! Great place, great work, great people!

Top notch auto body shop. From start to finish the communication was great and when I got the vehicle back, it looked awesome. The quality of work was exceptional. Aaron and Tristan were great to work with throughout the whole process. Anyone that needs autobody or painting done. This is your place.

I’ve been to roadrunner several times for unfortunate accidents and every time they’ve been so quick at getting my car accessed and handling everything with the insurance company. They are also quick in getting any work or repairs done. Very nice group of guys would recommend them to anyone needing work on their car.

I came here to get my bumper fixed as well as my wheel alignment due to a collision I had. I brought it in 10/3/23 and they were able to get my car fixed and done by 10/10/23. Which was very fast and I didn’t have to wait long at all before driving my car again! Unfortunately, my reason for 3 stars is that they threw some stuff out of my car that was very important. They threw out my car insurance papers as well as my car title papers that were sitting in my side door. I know people usually don’t keep theirs there, but instead of putting those papers somewhere else in my car they decided to just throw them out while “blowing my car out for dust”. Besides this “accident” that was a very big inconvenience I would give them 5 stars for making the outside of my car look new!

Roadrunner has excellent customer service from scheduling your appointment to pick up. I was kept updated every step of the way and my vehicle was ready before the targeted date. Lastly, the ork quality was great. I would highly recommend this shop for repairs.

I had to have work done on my car. THESE GUYS are great! My car looks brand new. The customer service was and always is exceptional. They made it easy to rent a car with Enterprise. I HIGHLY recommend Roadrunner Collision if you need any body work done on your vehicle.

The staff was very professional and polite. My car had body damage, they were amazing at communicating with me through the entire time my vehicle was in the shop.

I’ve never had to use a collision repair center before because I am for the most part a very careful driver but had the unfortunate event of a metal barrel fly off a construction truck right at me on the freeway. The staff here was super friendly and were giving me updates the entire time my car was in their shop. I had to get a new bumper and a few other things as well and honestly, my ENTIRE car (inside and out) is cleaner than when I brought it in and with the paint job, you can’t even tell I had to get parts replaced. I feel like I’m driving a new car all over again.:) thanks Roadrunner!

This was my first time dealing with a collision. I could not be happier with the handoff between my insurance, Roadrunner and rental company. I'm sure everyone else is great but Tristan in particular was very communicative through the whole process. If you are on the fence about being treated fairly, this is the place to go to.

Great help with communication with insurance and estimator. They also were great help with removing added aftermarket parts on the vehicle. Overall great service, would definitely recommend for anyone not sure which body shop to leave their valuable possession at.

Excellent customer service and communication. Was recommended by my insurance company for repairs. Roadrunner notified me of my claims status, the repair time estimate, and even was able to complete the repair prior to the estimated completion date. Wonderful work! Wouldn't even know my car was in an accident.

We just picked up our Jeep Patriot a day early than planned. The jeep looks great can’t even tell it had a dent in the right fender. We contacted our insurance and got the claim started Roadrunner Collision took care of the rest. The staff is professional and friendly. Its nice to find a shop with integrity and class act work.
