I have asked for over 2 weeks for a new trash container.nothing done. Today was my last call and said it's empty.please send a new and take the old, which is totally split up the back and wheels falling. NOTHING again!

Have been with them for over 20 yrs.and never had a problem. Had brush on side of can that I was going to load and the driver came out to help. Problem may be with the receptionist and not the pick up service.

We've been using them for four years, I don't think they have ever missed a pick-up. No complaints, no issues. I have been trying to replace a wheel on one of their bins, with only partial success, that's why 4 stars instead of 5.5 for reliable every-day residential service.

Customer Service just lost our business. Yelled at my wife when she explained our trash had not been picked up. They said our trash was never out on time, which is impossible since we have a two-yard bin that doesn't move. Typical these days, the customer is always wrong. This company will not last much longer.

I have been with this company now over a year. I called today because they forgot to emty my trash can. When I called and told that guy about it, he don't seam to be concerned. He's answer was, we pick it up Monday. I told him, this is now the second time where my trash did not got removed. He told me, what to you want to do. I ask him, if he can see, if the driver can come back and empty it. Because I don't want to wait till Monday. He started to screaming at me like a crazy person. Telling me, if I don't like it, go somewhere else. This really pissed me off. I told him something I'm not proud of. Put in this case, he deserved every bit of it. He then came and picked up my trash can, I guess to make a point. What at that point I really did not care, because I was not planning staying with such screwed up company anyway. I know, I will never see the money he owes me. But he can choke on it for what I care. Someone needs to close his company. This company doesn't deserve to be in business. I went to Larson, they was very nice. Rather pay a little more and have friendly people. That Owner has a lot to learn. There is something wrong with that guy. He really needs to check his self. He got some serious problems. One day he will meet the wrong person and will get some of his own medicine. He is sick

The worst trash company! Extremely unprofessional drivers; they drive way to fast in the neighborhoods and participate in road rage. Not to mention, terrible customer service- if they even pick up the phone.

I’m surprised they’re still in business l. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone.
