Please do yourself a favor and don’t move here. If I could give no star I would. Not only is there never any parking, my roommate and I had submitted multiple tickets to have maintenance take a look at our AC. We first submitted them in May. We moved out in August and still the issue wasn’t fixed. On top of that we were continuously given misleading information which resulted in us having to pay multiple fees. The offices argument is their staff is well trained and would never provide false information. What a joke.

Good place for first apartment. Close to everything, quiet, inexpensive for location. Renovation is nice. Family friendly neighborhood for first time apartment renters

Do not move into this apartment complex. Office people don’t help. In order to have something done you have to get the manager (NICOLE) involved to assist the workers to do the job correctly. They rather treat you with attitude and push you to the side. Only time they are nice is when they want you to move in. Don’t be a victim, JUST DRIVE BY. Don’t say you were not WARNED about this place. If you decide to move in, wish you the best of LUCK

Stay away from this apartment complex I had my vehicle broken into twice! Broke my back passenger window the first time and ripped off my car door handle and broke my ignition trying to steal it the second time! And I am sure I am not the only one this has happened too FELONY THEFTS by the way and after trying to speak with someone apparently the manager was ''In a meeting all day'' and could not speak with anyone.

I've been living at Rockledge Fairways for two years and I can truly say, I've been enjoying my stay. My only wish is for the neighbors/kids to treat the complex with much more respect and for the gym to get new yoga mats! The management team is amazing and do their jobs with care.

I just moved in about a week ago and so far so good. Of course I had a few maintenance items that needed to be done but nothing too major. All of my requests were done quickly and accurately. The parking isn't the best but that isn't the office staff's fault they didnt build the property. Everyone in the office is very nice and super chill. The only reason why I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is because no one or nothing is perfect; we all have room for improvement somewhere. If you need anything just let them know they do truly care about the residents.

I know that all apartment parking sucks, but it’s actually a joke here. Each apartment gets one space (that you have to pay for) even if you’re in a two bedroom. There is NEVER any unassigned spots to park in. Forget having guests over unless they feel like walking a mile to you. And people will park in your assigned spot DAILY.

The entire parking situation DOES NOT feel like home. They should’ve invested in parking over repainting.

The Lack Of Ownership And Accountability Are Very Apparent. The Picture Is Pretty On The Outside. But, The Struggling Management Graffitissss Over The Rest. Located Near Many Other Promises, Stores, Restaurants, Theatre, Professional Businesses, Schools And Parks. You Are Pretty Much Covered For An Adventure. Be Sure To Compare And Contrast The Region Before Settling.

Been living here 4 months. = water shuts off way too often.wish there were more areas to park.its not the greatest, but the office staff have been very helpful whenever we had problems and had maintenance over right away.we do love the location.the unit above us has squeaky floors but we're dealing it.overall its not too bad.

It's been a month and they haven't cleaned the upstairs neighbors' dogs poop and pee off of my unusable patio. Took 5 months to fix my A/C leak. They have a 1.7 Star rating for a reason. It's cheap but it's not worth it.

Have lived here for a little over 6 months. Haven't too many issues with the apartment itself; other than the cheap furnishings. Parking is horrid. Of the three people living in my apartment, all three of our cars have been towed, which isn't the apartments fault, but you can never find parking. Maybe give two spots for two bedroom apartments? Front office is a joke. Everyone is super rude and condescending. All in all, wouldn't recommend moving here.

After reading the reviews I have to wonder why this is a reoccurring theme?
"I submitted my notice to move out and because one of the leasing agents upfront was incompetent and lost my notice they tried to stick me with another 2 months rent at $200 more a month. ".
I moved out close to 5 years ago and it would appear that things haven't changed.

Laid back complex, close to shopping and dining. The gas drills could use some upkeep, but other than that a pleasant living experience.

I moved here 3 months ago and I've loved my experience. If there's a water outage or anything like that they sent emails out to let the residents know. Very peaceful environment, great location.
