These folks squeezed us in for an oil change on our RV without hesitation. Then we parked overnight in their lot. Several other truck places were days or even weeks out b4 we could get an appointment (which usually means they don't WANT to work on an old RV). Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Truck enter!

Never come to this place, you will regret it i promise you. They wasted 5 days of my time and 12k in bills. They dont care about you, just after the money. Dishonest, misleading and unbelievably slow. Avoid them!

Very friendly staff, had a flat tire and asked them to swap out mounted rims and they did it within 45 minutes super nice people, I would recommend them to anyone

The mobile mechanic is a rip-off, they way overcharge you for time by saying the mechanic "clocked in" while they are awaiting instructions and way before they start driving. I was a 5 minute drive away which they mechanic confirmed but was charged for 45 minutes of driving at 195 an hour. The mechanic actually called me for an address because they still hadn't heard it from dispatch and they must have started the clock before then. And then the clock keeps going till they're back at the port and I watched them waiting half an hour for dispatch to call and release them after they'd already finished work. They also charge a 2 hour minimum for work which they didn't tell me on the phone. So you will pay 500 minimum every time whether they can fix your problem or not. Should have read the fine print and the reviews and just got it towed somewhere since I ended up having to anyways. I feel taken advantage of and manipulated for being in a stressful situation.

We called them to have a starter replaced in our RV with a 454. Dispatch said they had No trucks out on call so they where dispatching one to us immediately. We bought the starter and had the tech pick it up on his way. It took 1.5 hour for him to arrive at our location (15 miles from their shop). It took 1 hour for him to replace the starter, but he broke it during installation (rendering it useless). Then WE had to locate another starter FOR him. He went back to town to get another one. 1.75 hours later he showed up again (30miles round trip). During this time dispatch demanded payment before work was completed and before they would return to complete the job. When he returned it took him 20 minutes to install the new starter and the RV was running. They charged us $1250. In labor and mileage. We called them around 2pm. We finally able to leave at10: 30 pm. They charged us for that entire time. We should NOT have to pay for him doing this job 2 times when he broke the part! We have tried calling and complaining to no avail. They say they will check into it and call back but never hear back from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We contacted the manager. He agreed to reduce our bill to call out fee, 4 hours labor and 30 miles. But never did.we never received a refund. We keep trying to call them and leaving messages. They will NOT return calls or talk to us now.

The service writers, Maddie, Mireya and Alvina were very helpful and friendly, and they took me in right away for inspection and also did a full service on my sprinter van and trailer. The technicians were efficient and knowledgeable and had me out quickly. They were a great help to make my drive through Flagstaff and beyond in a timely manner.

Horrible place charged me $778 to come change my own spare in Flagstaff 2 miles from their shop

BEWARE of this company! We would give zero stars but you have to give at least 1 to write a review. Called them out on July 3rd.were told they would get us fixed up on the road that same day. Waited 5 hours on the side of the highway. Man showed up for 5 minutes told us he couldn't fix our issue and we were billed $1700 for "parts and service" that was not done. Were were quoted $150.00 an hr plus $30 a mile.that does not add up! Horrible customer service- DO NOT USE THEM!

Bad service, they kept us here since yesterday. They said two hours to inspect the vehicle and happened around 8;00pm. We paid in advance to get vehicle fixed, they said at 6: 00am, now they said parts store opens at 8: 00am, it means that our vehicle isn't going to be ready before noon. We already missed 1 night at the cabin we rented and the ride on the train at Durango-Silverton, Co. We brought the vehicle to the shop and they charged us for mobil service, what that hell is that.

Horrible place! And no I've never had work done here. I tow big trucks. They never fix anything, they always have to be towed back out, or break again down the road. Stay far away from this shop.

My engine on my reefer trailer would not start, Troy got right on it and got me back rolling and saved all this chicken! Very friendly staff, highly recommend this location. Alvina and Mireya were ANGELS!

There shop rate is very fare the best in flagstaff. And for my repair it was completed without delay. No talking with other mechanics while there on your clock.

Zero stars! Crooks! DO NOT CALL! BEWARE! This shop is shady and will charge you for nothing. Do not agree to their work order that they send you, it is laced with fine print and if you don't pay them fast enough, they make the bill larger. If you dispute the bill they threaten to tow you truck. Call anyone but this shop. You will regret it if you use them. They are now on our do not use list permanently.

Couldn't hav gotten home w/o their assistance after being stranded wit a flat tire n finding dat da lugs were clearly over tightened.

They'll ripp u off I had a blowout on my drive axle some how I made to rocky mountain truck center I didn't have spare drive tire. I asked for used tire they won't sell me used pretty pathetic unfortunately I had new ended costed me $650 just for tire stay away from this place

Hello everyone, guys, I don’t advise you to contact this service, in my case it was like this, we arrived here at 7: 30 am, we were told to wait 2 hours, we waited and approached, we were told they would call us, so we were accepted only at 4pm, announced the price for 350 dollars plus tax, made diagnostics and faster regen, everything about everything took a maximum of one hour, and they came with another price for 1000 dollars saying that we misunderstood the originally said amount, I don’t understand what to pay 1000 dollars for, they couldn't even remove the check, they didn't do anything at all and charged us 1000 dollars, the service is sooo bad, they pretend not to notice, and then they mock the customers, don't believe them!

It is so much a Star. I came from California and I realized that my Lucas Dela trailers were not turned on. I went to a rest area and called them around one morning for service with them. They told me that they would arrive in 60 to 90 minutes and They ran until 4 in the morning and by the time they turned on my lights they had already turned on the boy, he just had a lamp and I checked everything with my fuse tester. He said that he no longer had anything to do, that everything looked good, it didn't even last 20 minutes.minutes and they charged me around 811 dollars. The truth is, it is a big scam and they are despondent. They must think that companies and drivers make fortunes when we barely make it through the day with our salary. They have no heart. Please think twice. The Rebius speak for themselves. No. It is ardor simply a reflection of the Bad service of that company that takes advantage of the situation and that Many people fall into their trap and in the end they make you a list of recommendations that not even they themselves believe luck to all and you have to raise your voice when something is not fair thank you
